The new Today tab • Today is now the first page: five minutes a day, one new lick picked for you plus any review cards that are due. Swap the lick if it isn't right. • Lick review: practised licks come back on a spaced schedule — listen first, then rate how well you remember them. Licks • Official licks are one list, filtered by harmonic context such as major ii–V–I or minor iiø–V–i; new licks carry a red "New" badge. • Search finds licks by player, source and every tag, lights up why each one matched, and ignores accents (Joao finds João). Standards • Import iReal Pro links, iReal Forum playlists and MusicXML: rhythm is read more accurately, bass notes are kept, and repeats and endings are expanded. • Organise charts on shelves, search by chord, delete, favourite or add to a playlist in bulk, and sort six new ways. • Lead sheets mark the key of every bar and suggest the scales to practise. • On iPad, the chart list sits beside a full-page chart, four bars to a line, the way a fake book reads. Practice tools • A rebuilt tuner: full screen, cents only, the whole screen turns green when you are in tune. It reads A0–C8, the needle no longer sticks, and A4 is adjustable (442 Hz by default). • Circle of Fifths can now write any chord or scale in all 12 keys, read in fifths or in fourths. And more • Use everything without an account; sign in only for favourites and playlists, and guest practice history joins your account when you do. • Daily practice reminder at a time you choose, with a different tip each day. • Feature guides explain each page the first time you open it, and can be replayed from Me → User Guide. • Settings are reorganised, and the Pro page now shows what each feature does. • Better iPad layouts in both orientations, plus fixes for audio playback and analysis of transposed charts.
