Needs to use sailing rules
There is no application of the rules of sailing. Boats on port tack don’t give way to starboard tackers and don’t have to do penalty turns. Boats with inside overlap at marks get run over by boats outside with no penalty.
A boat to leeward and ahead should cast a wind shadow over the boat behind and to weather but that doesn’t happen. Also need an overview so you know where other boats are so you can plan strategy.
So bit of work to be done the make this better.

Much too fast
It looks like a good game but the developers need to slow it down to about a tenth of its current speed before I'll consider buying the full version. At the moment it's like speedboat racing in a sail boat which immediately destroys any sense of realism.
Mediocre to irritating.
This game is mediocre at best. Played over a dozen times with different boats and the steering is so annoying and sometime completely unresponsive it just isn't worth the effort. Too bad. Could have been fun.
Add Olympic course update
This game is amazing but as I am a sailer I am used to the Olympic course and thought it would be great to include it in the next update. Other than that AMAZING!

Nice game to practice tactics, work the changing winds and get to do a bit of sailing in a Canadian winter. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the cheating by the other boats. they will go around markers the wrong way, run into you and don't give right of way without being penalized. You can do the same without being penalized, but cheating is no fun and in real life it works a bit different...

Brilliant app but, after spending only 69p, it will no longer connect to iTunes so is a bit self defeating on the financial front...
It just freezes connecting to iTunes.

Non simula affatto veleggiare direi piuttosto che similia quel giuoco con le bigliette dove inclinando il piano si deve riuscire a metterle nei buchini, la differenza è che qui c'è lo sfondo marineggiante!

Ti fa utilizzare solo 2 barche: classe star e dinghy. È carino ma se vuoi migliorare devi pagare e quindi dopo un po' ti scoccia perché è troppo facile vincere

Just when you are getting up to speed, the screen rotates. In sailing this means a capsize, but you can see your little boat is still upright and moving. Manual control is terrible, I'm finishing 2/3 longer than those on mindless auto control. For sailors stuck on land, do not waste your time on this app. Trying to trim your sails according to the wind direction arrow Is visual overload when you know you normally use your body and senses to sail properly.
Leave your iPad behind, go sail with real wind on your skin while trimming your sails racing with the fleet. This app is not a substitute for sailing and will confuse beginner sailors.

Nett gemachter Segelsimulator, leider etwas zu Userfreundlich. Schotführung m.E. tendenziell zu offen und vor allem ohne KVR! Dadurch kommt nicht wirklich Regattafeeling auf, da man vollkommen untaktisch Segeln kann/muss.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to control the sailboat. in the very short tutorial they show a sheet on the screen left and a wheel on screen bottom right. but no matter how much I touch or sceoll on the screen nothing happens. There is no help other than the tutorial. I will obviously not be buying any of their upgrades or other products.
