Don't try this app. These guys advertise a free trial, but then they will charge you. Then, even when you cancel, they will keep charging you. Don't try it, not even once.
Great app, poor customer service
I’ve been using clever waiver for over 5 years now for my yoga businesss, and it is quick and easy for my clients. I upgraded to a higher level a few years ago, and now that I no longer need it I’ve been trying to downgrade my account. It is not easy in the app or online portal to downgrade, and last year they said that I would have to pay the higher subscription and downgrade when the year was up.
I’ve been waiting for a year for them to honour the downgrade, and when I sent them an email about it Eric replied that I have to wait another year and pay the higher charge again and cancel next year. Is this their business plan? I am a small business and their fees are not insignificant.
This type of customer service is unacceptable and downright criminal.

Worst app ever, asked to cancel my subscription and it’s been continually charging me, had to call my bank. Can’t get in contact with anyone here. Only download this app if you want to get scammed.

Don’t purchase this app! I never used it! No technical help! They give you a round about Google meet up, China hours and never show up! You can’t cancel without cancelling your bank account! Extremely unprofessional. Would give 0 stars!
Buyer beware
I have emailed this company three separate times to cancel my account and they have not replied. They continue to charge my small business monthly, which is criminal. There is no phone number to call and only one general email, this is not a company you want to do business with

I’m a vendor for various events to host and this app really help me to manage my daily activity with various clients.
