The app serves as a companion tool, so the sign-up process is intentionally handled separately. It also sounds like there might have been some confusion about the nature of our service. We are sorry that the app did not work well for you! Please contact our support team so we can work with you to figure out what the issue is. One thing to note is that the purpose of the app is to have your customers sign waivers online. If you were trying to sign a waiver as a customer of one of our clients, you don't need to download the app, you can just go to their waiver link. If you did indeed mean to set it up as a business collecting waivers, there is one outstanding issue we have not corrected yet - if your device is in Dark Mode, it causes some issues with colors and text. Switching back to light mode will solve that for now. I'm not sure if that is your issue or not but wanted to mention just incase. Let us know however we can help getting the app working!
