Can't sign in (don't judge the spelling)
I try to get in cli it just don't work try many times and still don't work even for the trail every time I do the same thing it takes forever and say timeout error like is the something wrong with it so DO NOT SURCRIBE!
Do not get free trial unless you intend to purchase
There is no way to cancel the free trial before being charged an annual subscription fee. There is only an email for support and still no response and I’ve since been charged.

Went past the trial, never opened the app and they charged for a year membership and will not refund and cancel
So hard to connect to a tv
Other things can chromecast no problem, but anytime I try a class, it’s too small on my phone and I can’t get it to connect to my tv.
Customer support wasn’t able to help me, and I wish I could get a refund 😝

Horrible customer service
Do not consider this app. We did one class that was mediocre at best. They have the absolute worst customer service and issue zero refunds, including for a death in the family (with proof of death certificate) when app auto renewed. I have never had an issue with ANY app like this. Customer service was unhelpful and insulting. No help after many emails. I don’t want anyone to have an awful experience like mine. It’s a dancing app. It’s suppose to bring joy. What a joke.

Thieves
Even though I had cancelled my subscription years ago, they have consistently taken money out for years. I have emailed them about it and they have blamed it on apple because I had registered on an IOS however, the unauthorised transactions was made by Clistudios. Do not purchase this app.
Terrible
I believed that since it was a free app that there would be free classes like it should be, right? Well I guess I thought wrong. If you want to take the dance classes you must pay $200 right at the start. The 7 day free trial isn’t fake, it isn’t even a trial at all. If you don’t want to do it after the seven days you are still forced to pay to matter what. Not at all what I expected, left me frustrated and disappointed.

No support through Mails
To unsubscribe their doesnt work properly. Now I am waiting already 5 days to get an email from them. Really annoying.
Just get STEEZY
It’s less than a quarter of the price, has more features and doesn’t scam you, or cut your free trial short without your knowledge
Watch out for renewals
I haven’t used this app for nearly a year but was charged $200 for an annual renewal. Still trying to get it refunded. Not a fan of this business practice.
Do NOT subscribe!!! I cannot get them to respond to my support request
I’ve emailed their “info” email several times. Due to personal reasons, and not using the app, I had no idea I was still on it or had an auto renewal. I’m facing hardship and for the life of me they won’t respond. It’s very disappointing. For $200! I would hope they have support… and help for people who desperately need it. I had no idea I was set to renew or pay this bc it doesn't list in subscriptions under your Apple ID. This is part of the problem with applications, having subscriptions outside of the norm there's no easy way to see all your subscriptions when you're using them on individual apps and paying them outside of the app.

Super Scammy
The app won’t let you cancel, and every attempt to sign in on a browser in order to cancel bounces you to the app. They renew without any kind of notification.
Beware! They price gauge you. Not worth it
Even though I canceled my service I was still charged double what I initially paid. I was not sent anything in the mail notifying that I was going to be charged again. I hated the classes and it was not worth it (which is why I canceled.) Hoping they’ll fix it going forward. Just know to beware of their business practices

Amazing
I’ve been wanting to take tap classes for a while but I don’t like the travel time to the studios where I live. Also it’s pretty pricey and the times are not always convenient for my busy lifestyle. This is perfect for what I need. I can take a class at my own time whenever convenient for me. I can pause and go back if I don’t quite get a move and I can take the same class over and over if I want to perfect a dance. The level of difficulty is what I was looking for. Even the beginner classes are challenging. I’ve been dancing for almost 2 years and needed a way to step it up. The price is unbeatable. And this is more for dancers who are looking into actually pursuing dance rather then just a dance to keep you in shape. These instructors are the real deal like your training for Broadway. Top notch. As a musical theatre performer it’s ideally what I want. I have the trial right now but I am going to keep my subscription. It’s going to better me as a dancer. I love it.

Price is ridiculous
$200 is too expensive, and we’re going to stop pretending like it isn’t. One time $200 membership is one thing, but for that to be annual is not okay. It should be closer to $50 a year.

Being able to download classes would be an incredibly useful feature to add. I often don’t have access to fast internet for my remote work (my job is one of the reasons I take virtual classes in the first place!) and the ability to save classes to watch offline would be a huge plus. It’s one of the reasons I tried Steezy first. They have that feature. ALSO Tyler Peck is an amazing teacher and I’d absolutely love to see more of her classes. Great experience overall!! ♥️

7 day trail a rip off as if you cancel within 7 days they still take £££ from you. You can’t access your account to check. Fraudulent company. They also don’t reply to support help or messages.
Loving it
Easy interface. Wonderful instructors. Using as a re-introduction to dance and choreography after a couple of decades away, and I don’t want to go to a studio yet. This has definitely helped. More Josie Walsh, please!
