Would like to see more
The product itself seems great so far- well built and sturdy. But the app is simply lacking for the amount of money paid for the product. Much to be desired.
The data on plants is not correct - the barcode does not link to the plants in the box.
The timer for the lights has not been working properly and I can only connect to the device when I am in the room with it? With all of the inexpensive devises I can connect to over WiFi - I was hoping this would be one of them. When I am away or on vacation- I wonβt know if the light timer is working or if the water level is low.
The sensor battery came dead and getting the sensor to connect with the unit was very difficult.

App is Inoperable

Cannot connect Bluetooth
Try to connect with iPhone and Android too, but cannot make it happen. We use our garden as a normal 9 and not like a 9 Pro.
Not all Plants Can Be Added to Tray
The app is frustrating because it canβt recognize all of the different kinds of plant pods. I went to add the plants I planted in the βadd plant to trayβ section, and some can be added and others cannot. The catalogue function lists all of their products, but when you go to add it to the tray I only had a smaller list of 23 plants to choose from. I planted 5 pods, 3 were plants on the list and 2, purchased directly from Click and Grow, were just not listed. The βScan QRβ function also didnβt work saying that the pod was βnot recognizedβ. But it was a plant and pod purchased from their own catalog. Very sloppy and shoddy app design. The company at Click and Grow needs to fire their app designer
