'Click for Desoutter' app will be used by Desoutter's customers for raising any breakdown complaints to Desoutters' Service Engineers Customers will be verified and onboarded by the coordinator. If they are existing customers the mobile number given in visitor profile is validated and will be onboarded automatically. Users can go through the product details and raise a query as a visitor. Service Engineers receives push notification when the call is created by the customers and for subsequent actions by the service Engineers to resolve the issue, and each action is recorded in the app. The app is in conversational style and every action have notification triggered to relevant stakeholders. Also this has provisions for escalation.
