Bait and Switch at its Finest
Clickasnap sabotaged my progress & denied my earned cashout request after I had been convinced to pay for a pro membership to increase my earnings per view , and after months of uploading my work, participating & engaging with members, I finally earned $15, the threshold to cash out. While I was waiting for my cash out, Clickasnap, without warning or explanation, deleted my accumulated points and earned funds. When I notified support asking what happened , they stated that although I earned my paid views legitimately, they felt my images were not creative, interesting and diverse enough to warrant being worthy of the views I earned. They reset my account to zero , deleting all my paid views, and encouraged me to start over. They refused to refund my payment for my pro account, that I purchased due to their deceptive claims.

I didn’t make a lot of money from my last subscription but I made just over what I paid for my subscription last year. As a hobby, it was fun. I recently logged in after being inactive for a month. Now they limit how many times you comment on people’s pictures unless you pay more. Now I’m trying to delete my account and it says “Oops, something isn’t working properly to delete your account. I try to send feedback on their site and you can’t. And I tried to delete one of my pictures and can’t do that. Looking at all of these things, I now realize this site is a total scam. I finally got a response after emailing them and they deleted my account. Such a horrible platform and sneaky tactics to hide from customers.

Takes forever to upload a single photo of less than 1mb
Why does my views at my own photos count?
Amazing app but I don’t like the fact that if I look at my own photos, they count as views. I was so happy that I have so many views but in fact they were only mine. This is not cool and I would appreciate if you fix this issue

Kauf keine paket, vor kaufen war 0,9€ pro view und nach kauf das grosse paket war 0,01€ nach view ! Natürlich ich hab sofort gekündigt ! Auch gibt klar keine Kontakt ( email oder so was ) . Ich hab gesehen das auch bezahlt nicht zurück.

Falsche Berechnung der Einnahmen
Mir werden die Einnahmen für jeden bezahlten Aufruf falsch berechnet. Habe mich auch bei dem Support gemeldet aber habe keine Nachricht erhalten. Ansonsten ist die App sehr übersichtlich und funktioniert einwandfrei.

I can finally comment on people’s pictures a lot easier because of the app. You still can’t access your withdrawals though. But the app is definitely improving.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
I used this app for several months. My first couple of withdrawals went well. Things were looking great for a bit.
When they updated the app, somehow others peoples photos started appearing on my profile. I DID NOT POST THOSE PHOTOS. I tried reporting the issue via chat support but no one ever reached out to me over it. Next thing I know, my withdraw from the I made on MY photos was rejected. I am currently deleting all my photos and will be terminating my account.
This app has poor customer service and my opinion is that they stole from me due to a glitch in their update (or whatever caused photos to appear on my profile that I didn’t post).

ClickASnap is a great platform. I’m able to showcase my work, increasing my visibility and earning some cash at the same time! It’s really easy to get set up, and it’s easy to navigate. Love it.
