App freezes when trying to check orders
APP IS SLOW!!!
The app isn’t as fast as one would like. It takes a while for a product to upload if you’re adding it on the cart, and does the same if you’re trying to remove said product. App experience could be better.

While delivery from clicks is really good, the app is so bad! After much scrolling and adding your cart is suddenly empty! But it’s worse now! Since the password requirement change the app just locks you out for 15min which is now going on 4 days! And the Online support still hasn’t been able to assist from 3 days. Still waiting for a reply!

The online shopping website is not very user friendly. The screen is too small on my IPad. I have tried to make the screen bigger to fit my whole screen but it does not work. Thank you. Kind regards Nicola

I am so glad to be able to order our monthly toiletries online now since having a baby it makes life easier to do online shopping. However their app needs some work. It keeps loading. Takes me longer to shop online than driving to the shop and doing my shopping which is shocking. Somedays I cant even complete my shopping. At the end of the day I rather buy something on checkers 60/60 even when it is more expensive. Please work on this issue as I would like to use your service more especially since you have good specials I want to buy into.

Worst shopping app
This is the most frustrating shopping app ever. It sometimes takes me an hour to fill my cart with monthly toiletries only to get to the checkout and they tell me there’s a problem and I must try again later!!!! Drives me insane. And now I can’t click on my lists so I have to search for stuff all over again. Clicks really needs to do better. Would definitely not recommend using this app unless you have all the time and patience in the world.

App is too slow
I use this app to check specials and stuff but it’s super slow!!! Takes long to load items, takes long to add items to the basket!! It’s just so slow even when updated. And randomly logging me out? What’s going on please do something to make the app faster or atleast not take so long to load things and do basic tasks

Update not worth it
Keeps logging user out and needing verification. Such a long tedious and repetitive process - which ultimately doesn’t even work. Logs you out mid shop. Not user friendly. Update not worthy.
Just remove the app completely
Everytime the app updates there is some sort of issue, apart from always having an issue to login to the app, which is fixed by doing a password reset every time(irony is that it even tells me I cant use my previous password), now the latest is I can “login” but my details needs updating which I do but it is a mismatch and I need to contact the service centre, details that has remained same of years!

Worst
This app is actually so awful to use. Constantly logs you out and when you try to log back in it requires OTPs that you receive long after they say they’ve sent it. By the time you input it, it requires a new one & the whole cycle begins again. On several occasions it also just refuses to log in and tells you to try again later. Then it’ll constantly ask you to verify your account, again requiring OTPs that they send long after the time to input has passed. Now you’re randomly locked out of your app. What’s the point of having an app when it’s inconvenient to use? I shouldn’t have to be verifying things I verified when I got the app. I shouldn’t be randomly logged out and when I try to go back in I can’t. The only fix is deleting and downloading again which is inconvenient. Yoh I’m tired

The app makes life so easy you are able to get the items you need without driving around different clicks stores to get the items
UX and slow response times
The app is extremely slow. Removing an item from my cart takes 10-15 seconds to refresh. Same when increasing or decreasing the quantity of an item in the cart. Moving between cart and shopping also takes extremely long. It’s very frustrating and makes the shopping experience not a good one. In general, the UX isn’t great.

The site is user friendly I would suggest maybe add Apple Pay to the link which will make things a bit simpler.
A lot of fixes needed
Nothing saves properly, it is very frustrating to always have to edit , update and save the delivery address again and again . Your payment methods also do not work! Your app deducts my ebucks but does not factor them into the final balance. Promotions and stock levels do not update in real time, expired promotions are still reflecting, and store stock availability is not accurate either.

This app is just not user friendly when it comes to payment options,I tried 3 different cary including my credit it kept on saying error even though all details were correct,I ended up opting for EFT which was also a str but eventually came alright with the payment,atleast allow us to pre-load cards on this so that checking out can be smooth

Since Clicks updated its website maybe a year ago it is MUCH easier to navigate, much faster and search function much improved!

Props to the developers of this app because I prefer it over the website now. I have zero complaints I’ve even placed an order with it before. Excellent work!
