MyPLAN is a mobile platform prescribed by a physicians/clinicians for adolescents and young adults to track and manage their sexual health. The mobile app teaches patients standard sexual health education and associated sexual risks. Patients can then develop a customized plan tailored to their sexual decisions and relationships. MyPLAN is shareable with the patient’s support systems, such as doctors, peers, and mentors dedicated to helping them stay on track. The goal of MyPLAN is to promote positive mental and physical health, resulting in improved behavior and life satisfaction.
