User reviews

Inoperable and Unreachable

I recently tried to register to use this application based on the recommendation of the Arthritis Foundation. I received the welcome email which stated I could immediately start using the app. The app gave me an error that said there is a problem pulling my data, please try again. I tried deleting the app and continued to get the same message. I thought maybe there was some delay and I would try again. Today I tried a few more times without success. There was an option inside the app to contact the company so I sent them an email asking for help. The email immediately bounced back saying it was rejected because I am sending an email from outside the company. It’s odd to me that the Arthritis Foundation would recommend an app so young, at present there are only 7 other reviews of the app.

TLDR: The app doesn’t let you in after registering (before either) and customer service can’t even get your email because your email comes from outside the company so it’s immediately rejected.
