About

Climb is an intermittent fasting tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. IT CAN'T LOSE YOUR FAST Most fasting apps store how long you've been going and count upwards. That is why they lose fasts after a restart, a reboot, or a daylight-saving change — the most common complaint in the category. Climb never stores elapsed time. It records the instant you started and works everything out from the current time whenever you look. There is no running total to drift, so there is nothing to lose. Change timezone mid-fast and the number stays right. A LADDER, NOT A RING Seven stages, marked by how long you have been fasting, with the colour moving amber to green to blue as you climb. The timings are typical ones drawn from research on averages — not measurements of you. WHERE YOU ALREADY LOOK • A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Home Screen widgets • An Apple Watch app, and complications for four watch face families All of them keep counting while the app is closed. EDIT ANYTHING • Start a fast late and move the start time back • Log one you forgot to record • Extend a goal mid-fast • End one by mistake and undo it • Export your whole history, and import it back NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-in. No analytics. No advertising identifiers. No third-party SDKs. Climb makes no network requests at all — there is no server for your data to reach even in principle. Your fasts live on your device and nowhere else. Climb is a tracker, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before changing how you eat — particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, taking medication, or have a history of disordered eating.
