Literally pathetic experience
Whenever trying to open previous prescriptions the app is getting crashed. A lot of issues. Not getting help from marketing/technical guys.

If you are okay with the features explained at the time of demo, this app is best for you.
Never faced a glitch or downtime or any issues with that.
But in my last 3 years they never work on any update, nor work on resolution of any issue that you come across.
Customer service team is expert at diverting you mind, what they give is dates and dates despite of all your efforts they never work on anything after you purchase the app.
Simply stuck with the initial offerings and the issues that i have faced. Since 3 years !

Pathetic Service
Though the app is quite good and handy to use, there are some glitches in it which needs to be fixed for its smoother experience. Marketing team makes you believe in comprehensive support but technical team makes your experience worse . I’ve been in constant pursuit for the problem I am facing while using this app in iOS. But it seems the developer doesn’t care once you purchased the subscription. Overall very pathetic customer support.
