I hate Clio now and must find something that works
It has stopped working after I had used it for years. It tries to pop open and covers other work on my screen when I am not trying to access it. When I need it, it is hard to open and asks questions that do not make any sense, and when I finally get it open I cannot see any of the documents I need to access in a matter and when I try to get support I am told to call back on the next business day. I need to work now, not on the next business day. My lawyers are all complaining to me about it.. To say that I am dissatisfied would be an understatement.

Very Handy
Our 6 lawyer firm is in Clio and this App is very handy particularly when I need to send a quick note to a file or record some time while on the road. Great for lawyers who spend most days in courtrooms!
Product is good, service sucks. Completely incompetent people on their phones.

Needs to let us select the default dialer
When we tap a phone number, the app should let us pick our default dialer.
That way we don’t have to copy numbers to paste in to dialpad, RingCentral, etc

This app is so great for working on the go. I really appreciate its ease of use and the ability that I have to input while out and about. Easy to use and keeps my business in check. Highly recommended!
Needs work
Repeatedly documents that I uploaded seem to disappear and are not accessible in the matter.
Still no outlook email integration in app
While at my desk, Clio and Outlook work fine together with emails getting attached to the correct matter. How can there still be no cell phone app integration? Filevine and others have figured this out.

Good program overall, but it’s very frustrating that the functionality in the iOS app is very limited. For example, if you schedule an appointment, you cannot change the start time of the appointment in the app, but you have to delete the entire event. Very frustrating!

NO OPTION TO UPDATE/INPUT INFO IN CUSTOM FIELDS
It would be great if we can update/edit custom fields in CLIO APP. Only thru website you can update the fields

Calendar on app isn’t working
The calendar on the app hasn’t been working for a while. It’s caused our office to miss appointments. Also, you still can’t send text reminders for firm attendees. It would be ideal to be able to send text reminders for firm attendees for any amount of time prior to the event. The only work around only sends a reminder 24 hours before hand which is not sufficient

Not easy to cancel
I’ve tried for a couple of months to cancel since my retirement. It seems you have to call them during a small window of time in order to cancel. They don’t call you back until you’ve already paid for another month of service. Request for refund was denied and now I have to attempt to cancel again next month.

Clio & Ipad 13 M5
I have an iPad 13 m5 and the Clio app is missing icons. It works fine on my iPhone but the app does not seem to be compatible with the iPad 13 m5.
