Good program overall, but it’s very frustrating that the functionality in the iOS app is very limited. For example, if you schedule an appointment, you cannot change the start time of the appointment in the app, but you have to delete the entire event. Very frustrating!

NO OPTION TO UPDATE/INPUT INFO IN CUSTOM FIELDS
It would be great if we can update/edit custom fields in CLIO APP. Only thru website you can update the fields

Calendar on app isn’t working
The calendar on the app hasn’t been working for a while. It’s caused our office to miss appointments. Also, you still can’t send text reminders for firm attendees. It would be ideal to be able to send text reminders for firm attendees for any amount of time prior to the event. The only work around only sends a reminder 24 hours before hand which is not sufficient

Not easy to cancel
I’ve tried for a couple of months to cancel since my retirement. It seems you have to call them during a small window of time in order to cancel. They don’t call you back until you’ve already paid for another month of service. Request for refund was denied and now I have to attempt to cancel again next month.

I have an iPad 13 m5 and the Clio app is missing icons. It works fine on my iPhone but the app does not seem to be compatible with the iPad 13 m5.

Reminder setting cannot be adjusted in mobile app
I can no longer adjust the reminder to 1 hour in mobile app events.

App needs to be easy to navigate, add cases, update etc. looks nothing like the desktop and no instructions on how to change format. A similar format to the desktop version would be nice.

Nice app but when scanning with mobile please make it so “Remove” isn’t right below “save” - too easy to hit remove by accident!

Fantastic Platform
I absolutely love Clio. As a new solo practitioner who practices in multiple counties and does appointed and conflict work, I couldn’t have asked for much more. I do wish the mobile apps had more of the desktop features, but it’s not a big deal. I can do most things on my iPhone or iPad and adjust when I get back to my desk. The app is clean, intuitive, and always works just how I expect. I am on the lowest tier so I can’t speak to any of the fancier tools or benefits, but I’m very pleased and won’t be leaving anytime soon. I tried free trials for others and they just didn’t have the fluidity and clean implementation Clio has.
