This site is great. I have been using PocketSuite for 8 years now and I love it. Wouldn’t trade it in for nothing else.
DON’T DO IT
Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. All these 5-star reviews have to be paid off or bots. There’s no way.
There is no direct phone number to reach a real person. Your only options are email or the in-app chat, which claims responses within 5–10 minutes. In reality, it was over 24 hours before I received a response—and many messages went unanswered.
Without any warning or explanation, they changed my account from a business account to a customer account simply because I was using the platform for appointment scheduling instead of processing payments through their system. As a result, my business profile, services, and appointment calendar were erased.
This left my clients confused and forced me to scramble to figure out who was already booked. For a business owner, that’s completely unacceptable.
When I finally heard back from support over 24 hours later, their solution was simply to create a brand-new account and start over. I had already spent hours setting everything up the first time (despite their claim that setup only takes about an hour), and they offered no assistance or way to restore my account—even though the issue was caused by their actions.
If you rely on your scheduling software to run your business, I would strongly recommend choosing a different platform. Losing your calendar, services, and client information without warning, combined with nearly nonexistent customer support, is simply not worth the risk.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Are they stealing $4933.34 of my income?
I started collecting money from clients using their platform on June 17th.
14 days later, they refuse to deposit money I’ve earned into my account.
They are also no longer responding to my messages nor updating me on why they refuse to release money I’ve earned.
But they did manage to remind me that I have a payment coming up in a couple days after the free trial ends.
The free trial has honestly cost me much more than it’s worth. Do not recommend at all.

Great option for beauty pros
PocketSuite is a great booking site option for Solopreneurs and people who have a team. They are constantly adding updates to the app. Looking forward to them making it a little bit more visually aesthetic, but it’s definitely worth it!
