This site is great. I have been using PocketSuite for 8 years now and I love it. Wouldn’t trade it in for nothing else.
DON’T DO IT
Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. All these 5-star reviews have to be paid off or bots. There’s no way.
There is no direct phone number to reach a real person. Your only options are email or the in-app chat, which claims responses within 5–10 minutes. In reality, it was over 24 hours before I received a response—and many messages went unanswered.
Without any warning or explanation, they changed my account from a business account to a customer account simply because I was using the platform for appointment scheduling instead of processing payments through their system. As a result, my business profile, services, and appointment calendar were erased.
This left my clients confused and forced me to scramble to figure out who was already booked. For a business owner, that’s completely unacceptable.
When I finally heard back from support over 24 hours later, their solution was simply to create a brand-new account and start over. I had already spent hours setting everything up the first time (despite their claim that setup only takes about an hour), and they offered no assistance or way to restore my account—even though the issue was caused by their actions.
If you rely on your scheduling software to run your business, I would strongly recommend choosing a different platform. Losing your calendar, services, and client information without warning, combined with nearly nonexistent customer support, is simply not worth the risk.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Are they stealing $4933.34 of my income?
I started collecting money from clients using their platform on June 17th.
14 days later, they refuse to deposit money I’ve earned into my account.
They are also no longer responding to my messages nor updating me on why they refuse to release money I’ve earned.
But they did manage to remind me that I have a payment coming up in a couple days after the free trial ends.
The free trial has honestly cost me much more than it’s worth. Do not recommend at all.

Great option for beauty pros
PocketSuite is a great booking site option for Solopreneurs and people who have a team. They are constantly adding updates to the app. Looking forward to them making it a little bit more visually aesthetic, but it’s definitely worth it!

I’ve been using this booking platform for my esthetics business, and it has made a huge difference in how I run my day-to-day operations. One of my favorite features is having a dedicated business number, which allows me to keep a clear separation between my personal and business communications. It makes everything feel much more professional and organized.
I also love the deposit feature and the flexibility to choose different deposit amounts for each service. It helps protect my schedule and significantly reduces last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
Another feature I absolutely appreciate is that all consent forms, intake forms, and contracts are completely electronic. Everything is easy for clients to access, complete, and sign online before their appointment. This has taken so much administrative work off my plate and streamlined my entire client experience.
The platform automates so many of the tasks that used to take up valuable time, allowing me to focus more on what I actually love doing—working with my clients and providing skincare treatments. It has truly helped me run my business more efficiently, and I would highly recommend it to any beauty professional looking to simplify their operations.

Used to be five stars
Last year I would have given five stars. But this year the doubled the price and no make you wait 24 hours for any cards paid they the app, and when in the past you could cash out immediately l. Sometimes you need that money immediatly and bit when they decide to give it to you.
Works fantastic!
I have been using PocketSuite for probably about four months now and I think it is really awesome. It’s easy to communicate with clients, you’re not giving them your direct phone number, scheduling easy, reminders go out and you can create and complete soaps. Not to mention you get a discount if you have an ABMP membership.

I have been using PocketSuite for a few years and I don’t see my business running without it. The 24/7 support, constant updates to the booking site for ease and efficiency and the smart campaign function have been game changers for my clients and me. Highly Suggest
I joined PocketSuite when I opened my salon suite 2 years ago. I initially chose this system because of the detailed customizable skincare waivers and it was recommended by ASCP. I am thankful for the support, training, and updates that are provided. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my clients have experienced timezone issues when booking from out-of-town (ex: they think they booked for 5pm but on my end it appears that they booked for 6pm.) Overall, I would recommend this system.
