About

CLIP-IT! — Sports Highlight Camera Never miss a moment. CLIP-IT! turns your iPhone into a dedicated sports highlight recorder. It records continuously in the background, so when something great happens: a perfect drop shot, a match point, a rally worth replaying? You save it instantly. No searching through long recordings. No missed moments. Always recording. Save when it counts. CLIP-IT! keeps a rolling buffer of your last few seconds running in the background. Tap a label, raise your hand, or press your Apple Watch, and the highlight is saved, trimmed, and ready to share. Multi-angle. One tap. Mount a second, third, or fourth iPhone as an extra camera angle. CLIP-IT! connects the devices automatically, synchronizes their clocks, and triggers all cameras at once. Your highlights arrive on the main device ready to cut between angles in the built-in editor. Save without touching your phone. Hand gesture: hold your open hand near the back camera for 1.0 second to trigger a save Apple Watch: tap a label on your wrist from across the court Remote control: let a teammate trigger all cameras from their phone Bluetooth clicker: press any generic Bluetooth clicker to trigger a save Built for the court, not the edit suite. The multi-angle editor lets you scrub through all angles on a shared timeline, pick the best moments, and export a finished cut from your phone in seconds. Polish every highlight. Add smooth slow-motion to the moments that deserve it. Choose the exact stretch and how slow it goes. Reframe any clip to vertical (9:16) or square (1:1) for Instagram, TikTok, and Stories, with a crop you can pan to keep the action perfectly centered. Trim, favorite, and share! All on your phone, no desktop required. Key features Continuous ring-buffer recording that saves the last 5 to 60 seconds per highlight label Multi-device sync with support for up to 8 camera angles and auto-reconnect on drop Hand gesture detection with adjustable range (close, medium, or far) Apple Watch app with your top 4 highlight labels always on your wrist Clip gallery with labels, favorites, trim editor, and direct Photos export Multi-angle timeline editor with angle switching and replay segments Slow-motion with adjustable speed. What's New in CLIP

1.3

August 3, 2026

Your phone stays cool now. I rebuilt the camera engine to film in the most power-efficient mode your iPhone offers, and the hand gesture and flash no longer switch itself off when the phone runs warm. The hand gesture now also works a lot better when your hand is really close to the camera. Even on Close setting. More on heat: • Sessions that used to overheat in minutes can now run through a full match. • The flash gives a quick blip the moment your raised hand is spotted, so you know the hand detection has started. Also new: • The clips gallery moved to square thumbnails, iOS Photos style, in preparation for the 2.0 Portrait mode release. • New capture pill in the viewfinder: change resolution, frame rate, and HDR without leaving the camera. • Live/smooth lens switching is gone for performance reasons. Switching lenses briefly blurs while the recording buffer refills. • The dimmed recording screen got a facelift with a clear REC indicator. • Spectator mode allows the screen to flash white, so you can remote control record your friends games. Fixes: • Multi-cam: Reframing a composed video no longer drifts at camera switches. • Editor top buttons are more responsive. • The full-screen watermark stays crisp on HDR clips. • Cancelling an export stops it immediately.
