My Devices Are Never Without This App

Cutting and pasting is a timesaver, as well as error-freeing when copying from unfamiliar languages, etc. This app is a simple utility to shred all that text. Otherwise one can end up inadvertently pasting a text forgotten in one’s head but still resident on the device.
The app sits on my homescreen near my various browsers and writing utilities.
I have this on all my Apple mobile devices & it is one of the first apps installed after setting up a new device.
None of my Apple devices are ever without this simple first-aid app.

I can't tell if the clipboardshredder works because I don't know how to access the clipboard of my phones keyboard. But I use it anyway.

Wish I Had Found This Sooner

Annoys me when apps like a delivery service we’ll just refer to as WooPS checks the clipboard every time it opens, but gives no way to turn this functionality off. Annoys me that Apple tells you about it, but doesn’t do anything about it. Doesn’t annoy me that I simply made a shortcut on my home screen with this app so I can wipe the clipboard whenever I feel like it. Obsessively. Great app.

UPDATE: Okay, shortcuts SAYS it cleared the clipboard, but it doesn’t. Only works by opening app. Minus one star.

UPDATE: Okay, contacted the developer about this problem and they responded quickly, then soon put out a new version that did its best to work around an iOS issue. So five stars again!

Apple has since fixed the issue and this app now works as the developer intended. Six stars! (Wait! Can I do that?)
