This app would be decent if you they would offer you a monthly subscription instead of yearly which costs a fortune it shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg to watch competitions
Good idea in theory, horrible execution
This app ALWAYS has glitches. If it’s a popular event, good luck watching. Its always throwing errors, it’s very buggy and it’s been years and no one had been able to fix it.

Eine Preisbombe, die sich nicht lohnt
Ich bin mittlerweile über 7 Jahre mit dabei und noch nie war ich so genervt, wie aktuell. Die Begrenzung auf Suchanfragen ist maximal frech. Ich nutze nur Livestreams und alte Prüfungen und allein dort hin zu kommen ist schwer. Man konnte mal Stichpunkte eingeben von Ort, Vorname und ein Teil des Pferdes doch nun werdennur noch Academy Videos angezeigt, mit denen ich nichts anfangen kann. Außerdem kann man nun garnicht mehr in die ganz alten Livestreams schauen. Daher frage ich mich, ob es sich für uns Nutzer überhaupt nich lohnt, aber ob andere Plattformen preiswerter sind.

Practically Useless & Absolute Waste of Money
This app is decent when it occasionally decides to work. Costs a fortune and is flooded with advertisements. I only use it to watch my barn riders show nationally and internationally. The cost is truly ridiculous. The advertisements are nonstop. Also, only 40 searches a month?? Not worth it for the insane cost. Now that I’m stuck paying for it, maybe use our money and fix the app. There’s way too many bugs, half the time the livestream doesn’t work or the whole thing freezes. Rip off.

Frustrating
OK, so I know I’ve only got the free membership, but that’s fine for what I want to watch. However, my viewing is CONSTANTLY interrupted by a message asking me if I want full membership. No, I don’t, thank you. It’s too expensive for my limited interests. So repeatedly asking me if I want to upgrade is pointless and frustrating. And the message is difficult to get rid of, which is even more annoying. The coverage I want to watch is really good, but the incessant advert spoils it. Stop it. Please.

Nicht nur dass der Preis von 150€ auf über 200€ gestiegen ist. Mittlerweile kann man monatlich nur noch 40 Suchanfragen stellen. Dazu stürzt die App auch ab, weswegen man noch mehr Suchanfragen verbraucht. Wenn man unbegrenzt Suchen will, müsste man über 700 € zahlen. Das ist komplett ungerechtfertigt!

Worst app ever used
Diabolically non functional search capabilities Malfunctioning from portrait to landscape rotational ability. Freezes if paused. Zero viewing history stored. Too many other glitches to mention. Would gladly delete if there were any other option to watch world class showjumping

Unverschämt das man nur noch 40 Suchanfragen pro Monat hat… wenn man das Limit erreicht hat, dann muss man 719,99€ im Jahr bezahlen anstatt wie sonst 239,99€ wo sonst alles drin war. Geht gar nicht, reinste Abzocke..
Außerdem hat man nur Werbung, die Qualität der Videos ist schlecht und viele Ritte sind nicht gut aufgenommen. Abo gekündigt.

Waste Of Money
The only reason I use this app is to watch those I know during their classes. That costs me $270 a year but the worst part is… CONSTANT commercials, limited search inquiries per month, terrible customer service, and if that isn’t enough to frustrate you the app itself is terribly designed. Do not recommend!

App und Service nur mittelmäßig
In der App geht der vollbildmodus nicht. Das Bild ist nur halb so groß. Der anzeigeserbice der Noten funktioniert nicht immer. Die kommentierte Version lässt sich heute nicht starten.
Wurde deutlich zu teuer
War langjähriges Premium Mitglied und habe auch diverse Preiserhöhungen mitgemacht jetzt ist aber Schluss. Als Premium Mitglied plötzlich nur noch 40 Videos über Suchanfragen pro Monat ansehen zu dürfen ist eine absolute Frechheit. Da zahlt man schon pro Jahr 250€, muss sich ständig auch noch Werbung ansehen bevor man zu den Livestreams und den Inhalten kommt und wird dann noch so begrenzt wie viel man die Plattform nutzen kann. Dazu kommt, dass sich die App regelmäßig aufhängt oder ohne Grund abstürzt.
Es werden mittlerweile auch vorrangig Events in den USA übertragen und kaum noch Dressur und etwas kleinere Turniere in Europa.

Overpriced
Incredibly overpriced for subpar videos that are super laggy. Constantly demanding you upgrade for a LOT more money just to simply watch around. Like why do you want me to pay an extra 800 dollars just to be able to search over 40 times…? Honestly not worth the money…
They will steal your money.
DO NOT BUY. They’ve charged me 3x in the last 2 weeks even tho I don’t have a membership and it doesn’t give me access to anything on my account. Having to dispute with my cc company. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a common thing with others too
Videos don’t load
Whether it’s live stream or trying to search for videos after the horse show - it’s 50/50 if the video even loads. For how expensive this service is, it’s horrible customer service and customer experience. It’s NOT worth the money but they have the monopoly so I don’t see any reason they would improve.. but I’m hopeful.

Absolutely Terrible!
This app is appalling and not worth the money at all! The quality of filming is unsatisfactory, it is not an easy or convenient app to use, customer service is very slow. Would not recommend!

Load/Play Issues as well as missing rounds
The key rounds I want to watch aren’t there or not loading. It’s getting worse and not better.

I am a USEF member and I CANNOT watch any of their live events unless I pay the $290 yearly fee. If USEF is paying them to stream, they are being ripped off. I tried linking my USEF account and going from the USEF dashboard. I tried on two different web browsers. THIS IS FOR LIVE EVENTS!
If you are a company with ads on this - I will go out of my way to avoid your product. The website is so glitchy it forces me to watch your ad MANY times. I will do everything in my power to not use your product because of how annoying and in my face it is.
They promise streaming to live events for USEF members. A lie and a scam. They are pushy about making you pay $300. Avoid! Money grabbers! Scam!

Very disappointed
I bought the badminton season pass, struggled to watch any of it due to the poor quality of the app. I also wasn’t able to watch quite live and was a few hours behind, clicked on the afternoon jumping session and rewound to the start, ended up being a 20 min video with lots of commentary and then the prize giving so fully spoiled all of the show jumping and the winner. When they did post the video of the full afternoon session it wouldn’t go full screen and was just in the corner, couldn’t exit full screen or scroll to certain times. Closed and reopened the app many times but the full screen wouldn’t work. The app also doesn’t remember where you are in a video so if you come back to it later you have to scroll manually to find where you were. Very disappointed as this is the only way to watch Badminton.
