After doing a one month subscription I decided to cancel it because of the price. After cancellation, receiving a confirmation email and taking screenshots of me canceling the subscription, they continued to try to charge my card multiple times for the next upcoming month. It shouldn’t have tried to charge my card because I had cancelled. After trying to cancel again I got another confirmation email, then followed up with an email saying I activated the subscription again. I did not activate the subscription. I talked to customer support, they were extremely rude and did not cancel my subscription. Although they said they did, and i received that same confirmation email. My account was still active and on the subscription. I looked it up and saw hundreds of others dealing with this same exact issue. We all want our money back. Horrible app. Horrible customer service. Horrible company.

One of the most frustrating app experiences I have ever had.

The app may look promising at first, but my overall experience was extremely disappointing. Managing the subscription was far more difficult than it should be, and when problems arose, resolving them required unnecessary effort and repeated contact with customer support.

A service that charges customers on a recurring basis should prioritize transparency, reliability, and respect for its users. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

The lack of confidence I now have in this service outweighs any benefits the app may offer. There are many alternatives available, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Very disappointing. I would not use this service again.

Scam

They try to charge you even after canceling your free trial on time!! And when you login to the cancellation page to see what’s going on, it automatically redirects you to another page so you have no ability to actually see what’s going on or why they keep trying to charge you. Do not sign up for this app!!! Total predatory behavior. Just look their name up on Reddit you’ll see plenty of tiene people with the same issue.

u have to buy something that's 20 dollars to just make more infinitely and if u like have 10$ it's expensive and the add prob said its free but it's NOT but still a good app

I made a subscription and it was SO HARD to cancel, the reason why I tried to cancel was because I couldn’t use any of the resources they promise (transcription, nothing), I was afraid they only wanted to steal money

Will not allow me to cancel my subscription

I’ve never written a review before, and emailing their support is met with no reply, so maybe this will actually work. I subscribed to this to actually get the features to work, and was heavily disappointed. When attempting to cancel, it has not allowed me to cancel my subscription, and so I emailed their support. I have received an email in days and I am not going to be paying $25 for something that doesn’t work.
