No free trial?

I tried doing the monthly subscription which came with a three-day free trial but I kept getting attempted charges of $10.45. So I guess there is no free trial? I’m not about to pay for a product I can’t even try. Why advertise a free trial and then try to charge me?

I saw a video on getting a custom ringtone through this app, so I tried it, but you have to pay to use this, when I literally only downloaded the app for that one ability. Please fix this, and do not get a bot to reply to your reviews. Thanks.
