I have to forget my key and re-pair it every time i refresh my key.
Key Error - Key Timed Out
Every time I try to update my key I get a key error. I have to unpair the key, remove the battery, uninstall the app, reinstall it and then hope for the best. Sometimes it takes 5 or more attempts to get the key to finally update.
Struggles greatly with iPhones
I really wish our customer didn’t switch to this system. It is inconsistent with being able to pair properly with iPhones or provide updates.

Stupid app. Terrible connection to the key. Takes forever to connect and only last for 24hrs then you have to redo. Stupid

Great product mobilising physical keys for the 21st century work environment
The Cliq connect app works as a gateway for ble keys in the CLIQ system. This allows a mobile lone worker to access key authorisations whilst truly mobile out in the work field. Fantastic for any business that has a network of staff who are constantly on the move at challenging geographic locations.

Never works
Every time you need to use the key it asks you to activate it. Takes about half an hour and 20 attempts for it to activate. Latest time it just didn’t work at all, so needed to cut the lock with a bolt cutter. Good idea poorly executed.
Good app/one thing though
Overall the app is easy to use and helpful. One minor improvement that could be made is a pop up reminder when the key needs refreshing. Mine has to be done every 7 days, so if something would show on the app like the number of new emails does on a mail app this would serve as a reminder and be extremely helpful.

Simple to use!
This app is easy to use and updates my key in just a few seconds. It shows battery percentage remaining and next time to sync. I can sync multiple keys to one device without having to un-pair/re-pair through Bluetooth. When I change a key battery, I don’t have to delete the app but do have to pair the key again (as expected).

Third Time I’ve had to reinstall
“Quick Connect” is two lies in one. How about Frustrate and Fail ? Does NOT reconnect to my key 3 out of 4 times. I’ve worn the plastic tab on the key removing the battery. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the software 3 times.
