Is there an update to the app to correct the issues with communication and credentials not being accepted? It’s a bit troublesome when you can’t get your key to upload to earn a paycheck.

Constantly fighting with connection issues to key and server

I have to update my smart key often, and it can sometimes take an hour to do it. No matter how strong the network coverage is, whether I’m on WiFi, the battery level of the key- nothing seems to make a difference or make it more likely to work.

UPDATE: Version 12 is now ready for download. We resolved the iOS 16 issue and added several new features. Please review the 'What's new' section for more information.

iOS 16

System worked great until I updated to iOS 16. Now it will connect to my key but never shows the battery percentage and the key gives a 3 second red when I try to use it. Loaded the app to my android secondary device and it works.
