Not able to view video in the app
The iOS update has messed up the app. It only works when at home on the same network. When not at home, it doesn’t work. That’s the main purpose of getting the cam. If you cannot view video when outside of home, it’s useless

Constantly crashes when attempting to save video to phone library or sd card. Used to work fine for months now it’s crap

Camera works fine but the app keeps shutting down as soon as I open it. It also malfunctions if I’m not in the same space as the clock. It never connects to new internet when I am away from the clock.

The last update Has made the app very unstable for iOS. It crashes when doing various functions, like the end of a playback video, or starting to go to files saved. It had worked pretty well for a while until this last update, unhappy with it now.

With iOS 14, the functionality of the app is next to zero. Recordings won’t play properly or allow for export. Recording appear as blank white screens and clicking export causes the app to crash! Please update and fix bugs.

Saved videos no longer play back - they keep crashing. Used to work perfectly. Any plans to fix bugs?
Unreliable
Everything works fine except playing back the saved videos. It crashes all the time. Hope it gets fixed soon.

App crashing with iOS 14.2
Developers need to update the app to work with iOS 14.2. Export crashes and random crash of app while running. It would be helpful if developers left a valid email address for contact for bugs within the app description.

App Closes
This app was working fine, however recently when I go into settings, the app closes. Reinstalled the app and the app continues to close while using setting. Can’t do much this this app and camera anymore.
