Not able to view video in the app
The iOS update has messed up the app. It only works when at home on the same network. When not at home, it doesn’t work. That’s the main purpose of getting the cam. If you cannot view video when outside of home, it’s useless

Constantly crashes when attempting to save video to phone library or sd card. Used to work fine for months now it’s crap
Useless
Camera works fine but the app keeps shutting down as soon as I open it. It also malfunctions if I’m not in the same space as the clock. It never connects to new internet when I am away from the clock.
Crashing often on IPhone XR
The last update Has made the app very unstable for iOS. It crashes when doing various functions, like the end of a playback video, or starting to go to files saved. It had worked pretty well for a while until this last update, unhappy with it now.
