Does not work support doesn’t answer
It complains that my device doesn’t have a 20 digit we code even though it’s their device and it worked on an older version of the app. Their support email does not respond. Now I have to toss this thing in the garbage because they don’t support their product.
Don’t waist your time
The code they provide with the product does not work. Go luck trying to get hold of any customer service. Tried e-mail with no response. So many other better choices I guess live and learn.
Only works on local WiFi network
I can’t connect to it when I’m not at home on my own WiFi network. Perhaps it’s me but I don’t see any settings to fix this.
Notifications not pushing to mobile
Hello the push notifications are working in the app when motion is picked up, however when not inside app do not get any notifications. Have factory reset camera couple times , checked mobile notification settings not working on 2 mobiles

Not connecting at all! Over 6 months I have tried everything to connect the app to the floodlight without any success!! I have contacted manufacturer , no reply I should have bought a reputable floodlight cam .
This one is coming off and going in the rubbish!!! I would not buy anything like this ever again ! $220.00 down the drain!!!
