App works great in guided access mode as a kiosk on ipad. However won’t operate in portrait mode to suit our wall bracket. When we had wall bracket in landscape mode photos were of everyone’s foreheads. Please update app to have portrait mode. Thanks

Terrible app. Never works properly. Hassle for all staff to use.
App Not in Settings
The app doesn’t appear in settings so we can permit camera use. iPad is basically useless as no one can clock in. Have it working okay on another iPad that is exactly the same
Latest version is unbearably slow
For the last two weeks both of the kiosks we have have been unbearably slow, 20 seconds from waking to having the ability to select your name. I tried updating the iOS, moving the tablets next to WiFi access points, and this morning I discover there was an update pushed around that time.
Please fix
Cannot us the app in Landscape mode so my staff are clocking in sideways. iPad has been mounted to the wall. It’s a software issue as I am turning the iPad and removing screen lock and it’s still not working?
