• Apple Watch: check in and out straight from your wrist, and see your active shift with a live timer. • Live Activity: while checked in, the lock screen and Dynamic Island show a live timer for your shift — visible without opening the app. • Estimated take-home: see your pay after tax (labour-market contribution + your withholding rate), not just gross — on the Pay screen and in the substitute check. • Forgot check-out reminder: the app can remind you if you've been checked in unusually long (can be turned off in Settings). • In-app notifications: a bell on the Home screen collects important messages — overtime, practicum milestones (50 %/90 % of 780h) and reminders — so you can catch up even if you missed them. • Substitute (vikar): new work setting for hourly-paid staff in 24-hour care. The app calculates every supplement (evening, night, Saturday, Sunday, 8.11 %) and holiday pay — and shows your expected payslip line by line so you can catch errors. Don't know your hourly rate? The app can suggest it. • Write your shift in words: "yesterday 8-16 at Solsikken" — the app interprets and creates the shifts after you confirm. Everything happens on the phone (iOS 26). • The monthly report (PDF/CSV) now includes a full pay overview: base salary, overtime in kroner (OK26), supplements and expected gross — ready for your union or employer. On iOS 26 the report opens with a short written summary, generated on your phone. • Events: pick your union and local branch, and jump straight to the up-to-date event list with sign-up at BUPL, SL or PLS. • Guided tour: new users get a walkthrough of the key features — replay it any time under Settings → Help. • New icon and sharper privacy: all analytics SDKs removed — only ad serving (with consent) and your own iCloud touch the network. • Annual norm (school pedagogue): you can now set your own vacation — as a total number of weeks or by registering specific weeks (e.g. weeks 29–31). Hours are deducted from the norm per BUPL's model. • Annual norm: does your weekly hours change during the year (e.g. plustid 37 → 40 from September)? Add a change with a date and the app computes your norm from the time-weighted average. • Copy week: with several workplaces, you can now choose which workplace's shifts to copy — not necessarily all. And on an empty week, pull in last week's shifts with one tap.
