ClockHub is a work-hour app built primarily for pedagogues in Denmark - especially when your working week does not fit a simple 9-to-5 calendar. Check in and out with one tap, follow your hours for the day, week, month and full period, and stay on top of annual norm, pay, overtime and workplaces. TIME TRACKING THAT STAYS SIMPLE • Check in and out from the app or the widget. • See your active session, today's hours and daily goal on the Home screen. • Quickly undo a check-in or check-out if you tapped by mistake. • Add, edit and move shifts manually when the day did not go as planned. • Use quick-edit presets for common shift changes. MADE FOR MULTIPLE WORKPLACES • Create several workplaces and keep hours, pay and rules separate. • Give each workplace its own weekly target, salary details and work setting. • Switch workplace before checking in, so every hour ends up in the right place. ANNUAL NORM FOR SCHOOL PEDAGOGUES • Choose School Pedagogue (annual norm) and split the annual norm into public holidays, vacation, sixth vacation week, pedagogical hours and core-task hours. • Use school-year presets for public holidays or enter your own values. • See hours remaining in the school year or in a custom period. • Use partial employment if you start or stop in the middle of the calculation period. • ClockHub counts Danish weekday public holidays automatically and shows whether you are ahead, behind or on track. PAY AND OVERVIEW • Enter monthly salary and let ClockHub calculate hourly pay from the annual norm. • Use a manual hourly rate if you want to override the calculation. • Save salary changes per month, so previous months keep the correct rate. • See estimated earnings, monthly target, remaining hours, overtime and weekly breakdown.
