ClockHub is a work-hour app built primarily for pedagogues in Denmark - especially when your working week does not fit a simple 9-to-5 calendar. Check in and out with one tap, follow your hours for the day, week, month and full period, and stay on top of annual norm, pay, overtime and workplaces. TIME TRACKING THAT STAYS SIMPLE โ€ข Check in and out from the app or the widget. โ€ข See your active session, today's hours and daily goal on the Home screen. โ€ข Quickly undo a check-in or check-out if you tapped by mistake. โ€ข Add, edit and move shifts manually when the day did not go as planned. โ€ข Use quick-edit presets for common shift changes. MADE FOR MULTIPLE WORKPLACES โ€ข Create several workplaces and keep hours, pay and rules separate. โ€ข Give each workplace its own weekly target, salary details and work setting. โ€ข Switch workplace before checking in, so every hour ends up in the right place. ANNUAL NORM FOR SCHOOL PEDAGOGUES โ€ข Choose School Pedagogue (annual norm) and split the annual norm into public holidays, vacation, sixth vacation week, pedagogical hours and core-task hours. โ€ข Use school-year presets for public holidays or enter your own values. โ€ข See hours remaining in the school year or in a custom period. โ€ข Use partial employment if you start or stop in the middle of the calculation period. โ€ข ClockHub counts Danish weekday public holidays automatically and shows whether you are ahead, behind or on track. PAY AND OVERVIEW โ€ข Enter monthly salary and let ClockHub calculate hourly pay from the annual norm. โ€ข Use a manual hourly rate if you want to override the calculation. โ€ข Save salary changes per month, so previous months keep the correct rate. โ€ข See estimated earnings, monthly target, remaining hours, overtime and weekly breakdown. INSIGHTS AND HISTORY โ€ข Review hours week by week and month by month. โ€ข Get visual day and week views of logged shifts. โ€ข See patterns such as typical start time, work days, average hours and weekly rhythm. PRIVATE SYNC AND BACKUP โ€ข Work-hour data is stored on your device and can sync through your own iCloud account with CloudKit. โ€ข Export and import a complete backup as a file. โ€ข Danish and English are supported. FREE WITH OPTIONAL PRO ClockHub is free to use and may show ads. ClockHub Pro is a one-time purchase that removes ads and supports continued development.

About

HourlyTimeTracker

Features

Hourly Time Tracker is a no-fuss hours log for anyone paid by the hour. Schedule upcoming shifts, record actual hours as you work them, and let the app split regular and overtime automatically โ€” using your own rules, and telling you exactly why each day is overtime. WIDGET A Home Screen or Lock Screen widget shows today's recorded hours at a glance. One tap records your scheduled hours for today instantly โ€” no app launch needed. SCHEDULE Map out upcoming work days on a monthly calendar. Set hours and start times. Schedule several days at once with the Select Days button โ€” use M-F or Weekend shortcuts, or long-press and drag โ€” and apply one schedule to all of them. Optionally sync scheduled shifts to your iPhone Calendar. RECORD Log actual hours with a tap. Mark days as PTO, Sick, or Holiday from a dropdown. Import existing events from your iPhone Calendar as scheduled or recorded days. HOURS Every pay period is automatically summarised: regular hours, overtime, and paid time off. Each day's overtime shows the reason it counts. Reconcile periods once your payslip confirms them, and send a clean hours report from the app with a fully customisable template. REPORTS Monthly summaries with day-by-day breakdowns, year-to-date totals, PTO planned vs. taken against a yearly allowance, sick-time totals, your upcoming schedule, and unreconciled periods. Export any report to PDF to print, save to Files, or email. OVERTIME RULES Five modes to match how your employer calculates overtime: - Daily threshold โ€” hours past a set daily limit - Daily tiered โ€” two overtime tiers with separate start points - Weekly threshold โ€” hours past a set weekly total - Schedule (Daily) โ€” hours over each day's scheduled amount - Monthly Quota โ€” hours over a required monthly total (paid time off counts toward it, and a shortfall is flagged) Not sure which fits? Every setting has a built-in info button explaining what it does. ICLOUD SYNC All data is stored in your private iCloud account and syncs automatically across every iPhone signed into the same Apple ID. Nothing to configure. PRIVACY Hourly Time Tracker collects no data. Your hours, period records, and settings are stored on your device and in your private iCloud database โ€” they never leave your control and are never accessible to us. SUPPORT THE APP Hourly Time Tracker is free with no ads or paywalls. If it saves you time, the Tip Jar in Settings lets you leave an optional tip to support development.
