Extremely fast support
Had an issue with printing the QR codes from the app. I emailed the developer from within the app. Within an hour the developer replied back saying they could replicate the problem, and another 30 minutes later the problem was fixed!

BEWARE!!!!! Lost all of my QR codes
I am a teacher and I used this app last year to record all of my classroom read aloud books. I created QR codes so I could use the books for my listening center. Of course I did not use the app for the last 2-3 months due to school being out. When I opened it up recently, all of my QR codes were gone. When I tried to scan one of the QR codes in one of the books, it stated that it didn’t exist. So all that time I spent voice recording hundreds of books, putting the QR codes in a power point, labeling each QR code, printing them out, and attaching them to each and every book was a total waste of time. I now have to do them all over again. Not to mention I had to pay for it!!!! I will definitely be finding a new app to use!!
For the record, how could the account have been inactive for over a year if I’ve barely had the subscription a year. And obviously I didn’t delete the account or I wouldn’t have continued to be charged a monthly fee, unless you all continue to charge customers who cancel their subscription! So neither of your suggested scenarios work!!

To be clear, the account can be removed in two ways: After 1 year of inactivity due to GDPR rules, or manually by deleting the account yourself. Every sign points towards one of these two things happened to you. If this was a bug and a common problem, I'm pretty sure this review section would be filled reports saying things disappeared and my inbox would be filled with angry customers. This is the only time in Cloud QR's existence anyone claimed this. Other can decide for themselves if this is user error, or a serious bug. I also helped you with how you can apply for a refund from Apple, even though it seems likely you could get that after using it for over a year. You also got angry with me for taking a couple of hours to answer your angry email - on a Sunday, with time zone differences between US and Sweden. I hope you find another app you like better.
So much potential
This app could be amazing. But it has a slow clunky interface. You can’t use QR codes and re-allocate them, have to regenerate each time. It struggles to upload photos and videos….

Please contact support instead. Not sure what you mean by re-allocate, but if you mean to edit an existing code and change content but keep the QR code image, you can. Slowness might be that servers literally are located on the other side of the globe from Australia. This is the first time I’ve heard comments about performance.

MP3 is a problem
You can’t upload an existing audio file to create a QR code. Playing the audio recording directly beside the mic for iPad results is a recording so faint, you can barely hear it. I regret purchasing this app.
Offline Video Access
The QR code will not scan offline and forces you to log in to a Google account before previewing the video online.

Awful slideshow feature
I paid money for this to make some cool slideshows but it’s super buggy and difficult to use. I can only add one picture at a time, which is insane if I want a slideshow with more than ten pictures. I got to five pics and it started bugging out. The images I uploaded were disappearing. There’s no UI indicating how many images I have in the slideshow and no way navigating quickly to other images besides swiping one image at a time. I wish there was a panel to open all the uploaded images so you could see if there are any replicated images you would need to delete. Also, just uploading an image from my phone to the slideshow takes forever.

Change of earlier review
Earlier I reviewed this app as a 4 but now am changing to a 5. I had made several attempts to audio record something fro YouTube and consistently got a break in the recording. My problem was my iPad was shutting down but still recording. Once I went into settings and changed the shutdown time to never I got the full recording with no break.

Audio option gives error message/ support link is a dead end too
Might have to cancel this app, tried the support link and it just takes you to a page that says to use messenger, if you click that it takes you to nowhere! This app is flawed, won’t let me open the audio message for talking image once code is made, just shows the picture and when you try to play audio it says “error”... please help.

This app is so disappointing, I purchased it with the intention of saving memorable moments with images that are important in my life. My regular camera doesn’t pick up the code, a regular QR code app does pick up the image put it says 0 out of 0 minutes for the audio. I saved and uploaded the code to the portal to make sure it was accesible and it still doesn’t work. I wish I could’ve read the reviews before purchasing. So very disappointed. I do not recommend this app.

Sooo disappointing. Doesn’t work.
Super disappointed. My QR code, like others posting here, will not work when scanned. It brings it up and shows 00 minutes. I’ve tried everything. What a waste on money and time. I wanted this code for my pre-K class so they could listen to me read them a letter. So frustrating. And there’s no place to contact the company. The link for contact us is broken. I reached out in Facebook, but the message which was automated was entirely in Swedish.

Will only play the recording
I’ve been using this for a student project in my classroom and about 75% of the time after I scan the QR code we’ve generated (a voice recording), it won’t play it back!! I don’t know why it won’t. Also, when I’m connected to my Bluetooth speaker, it won’t play on that either, only my phone. I wish it would work....

Stuck...
Using the app is intuitive and I was able to record audio and get the qr code quickly. However, I have found it impossible to share the files. When a qr reader scans an image it links to a 0 second audio clip. I was planning to use this for my first grade class and am extremely disappointed. I was so excited at first, willing to even spend $4.99, but have grown frustrated at the lack of troubleshooting support. I do not recommend this app until they have worked out the bugs.

Tutorial?
I purchased the app to allow my kindergarten students to hear me read aloud their welcome letter. Unfortunately, when I tested out the produced QR code, the file shows 0seconds of audio. I chose the share through google drive option, and even triple checked that the file was available to anyone with the link. I am sure that I am missing something, but there is no trouble shooting, common questions, or help option available in the app.
