There’ a problem with the new update version
I can’t even watch the videos that I uploaded, this very frustrating. When I press on the video the I want to watch it doesn’t give a reaction and it doesn’t play the video. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and still the same problem. I even made a new account to upload a video to test it to see if would get the same problem, and yup, it’s still the same problem. Please make fix this problem or make another new update that doesn’t have this problem. Thanks!

When I tap a video that I upload and it ignores me, it doesn’t give a reaction when I tap to play the video. No loading wheel, no screen change, just a dead press), the app is failing to load the video thumbnail preview layout, which completely breaks the invisible "play" touch zone on your screen… When Apple rolls out a new iPadOS update, they change the underlying system files and video playback engines (the code that tells a screen how to react when I tap a video). Developers are required to update their apps to match Apple's new coding language… Because the Cloud Storage app by Fazcon PTY LTD is a basic, secondary utility app, its code has "broken" against my iPad's updated operating system. The app is sending a command to your iPad to load the video screen, but your updated iPad no longer recognizes that old command string, resulting in the "dead tap" with zero reaction.
If the Fazcon app updated recently: The developer pushed a buggy update that broke the touch controls on iPad layouts. If the Fazcon app hasn't been updated in months: I iPadOS updated to a newer version, leaving Fazcon's outdated code behind. Since deleting and reinstalling didn't fix it, I will likely have to wait until Fazcon pushes a patch to fix the button compatibility.

Something is wrong with the new update

Waste of money !
App is glitchy, doesn’t always load videos, sometimes loads then fails at the end. Waste of time doing the same upload several times and the app support link through the App Store is like a ghost site that doesn’t load.
I’m Disappointed
What happened to the free 500 GB that we use to have? That was the main why I liked this app, now we have 100 GB. Now it’s like the other apps that have 100 GB. The free 500 GB made this app stand out and was it different from all the other apps that offered free 50 GB or 100 GB.

I thought this was iCloud app. After downloading It starting say my phone has been hacked after visiting adult websites and starts telling me what to do . Either the developers are liars or they
