I can no longer clock in, the app doesn’t bring up the camera, there is only white. Having to rely on coworkers to clock in isn’t the greatest.
Punch out system
I personally think it would be so much better if the punch in and out was in order. Then once you punch out you can’t use the same button. Ex. Punch in, now it’s greyed out, out for meal, greyed out for the day, in from meal etc.. this would be 100% better and easier to keep up with rather then hitting miss punches.

An update I’d like to see
I think once I actually clock in all the options like out for lunch , in for lunch , and clock out would should display depending on the needed action. Example I clock in a the start of my day and then automatically out for lunch should be next, and then once I return I should only see in for lunch. I feel like this would make missed punch or accidental punches less likely.

Garbage app avoid at all costs.
Using this app for a corporate environment is useless. Users can sign out of the app. Users can choose to delete the account in the settings. You can’t use any MDM software to manage the product. For example you have 100 locations with iPads, you will have to log into the application on each iPad manually. They don’t use a mobile config file to contain this information. They don’t let you set a PIN code globally you have to set it manually. Disgruntled employee? They can break all your clocks and they don’t even have to know anything about technology. They went into manage profile and did “Delete your CloudApper Account” all the settings requiring us to do manual payroll and bring in temporary employees for payroll costing us thousands.

A clock punch app that doesn’t work
I have yet to be able to clock in for the last two days. I’ve been working for my employer for 4 years now and have relocated out of state 3 months ago. My credentials have work fine so far before a couple days ago. Now the app doesn’t recognize my face at all. And I’ve redownloaded this app multiple times and have tried this on other devices as well.

Newest update doesn’t work
So updated cloud apper today and now I can’t even punch it won’t even take a photos skips straight to whatever punch I’m supposed to be doing and throws an error

Terrible new logging
I absolutely hate that now I can’t view all my clock ins and outs on one page. If you need to check multiple days it’s a huge pain in the A to click different tabs. ESPECIALLY if you accidentally click click on for out or vise verse. Please go back to having everyone one tab or give the ability to select all tabs at once.

perfect fit
I was looking for an enterprise app development solution that would be easy to use and CloudApper was a perfect fit. The interface is easy to use. I've been using them for over a year now and would highly recommend them.

Very easy to use and best for record keeping
Always inconsistent
This app is being used a company I work for. We all hate it. We hate the salesman that got our company to use or buy this app. Its glitching all the time, updates keep making the interface worse. Takes several attempts to clock in and out. We can’t see our own time punches. Most of us hate biometrics for something so simple clocking in and out. Time corrections are frequent and then we get in trouble for having corrections needed because the apps not working.

Unusable app used for wage theft
Literally one of the worst apps ever and it will say you worked a fraction of the time in the wrong location and not notify you until it’s too late

All this does is crash so of course this company would use something so unreliable.
Worst punch in/out software I’ve used.
My company has had dozens of issues with this app in the 4 months that I’ve worked here. We have had periods where we can’t even punch out of work because the biometrics don’t recognize anyone company-wide, which is thousands of people. These issues are causing employees to have more time clock corrections than necessary. There are times when the app will just crash. There are times where it won’t even open properly to be able to even do a punch. Overall this app has issues at least once a week.

Screenshot your punches!
When used for clocking in and out it fails to save quite often and employees get in trouble for this garbage app not working. I have a photo album of 1,000+ screenshots proving I clocked in and out so my employer knows this garbage app is worthless!
