Does not work with US phone numbers
Frustrating as other users have mentioned. Developers please fix
Something Went Wrong… Again
I’m at a lovely hotel in Flåm, took a 4.5 hr+ drive to find that the charging station has no option of paying for the session besides downloading an app that doesn’t work. Very disappointing and frustrating since I’d like to sleep soundly at my hotel while my car charges for hours.
Poor show
I seem to be in the same situation as others, visiting Norway and the hotel chargers can’t be used because this app says “something went wrong” when entering the very first step of phone number. No doubt I’ll have to find some remote station now, pay by card at inflated prices and maximum inconvenience in -7 degree temps.

Non functional
Tried 2 different times at 2 different locations to use this app / system and never got it to send me the sms that’s required to set it up. So I charged elsewhere. I guess they aren’t interested in business from tourists.
No support for international
Hope you don’t need to charge your rental car if you’re not from Norway
Needs to support users from other countries
Norway more or less requires travelers to rent electric vehicles by not offering gas vehicles, or charging exorbitant prices for the few they do. This is not a bad thing in terms of helping to curb the use of fossil fuels and keep emissions low in a beautiful country… What IS bad is that one of the companies providing access to EV chargers doesn’t support users from countries outside of Scandinavia… Their website targets their business to hotels which makes no sense since a large amount of people staying at a hotel are bound to be international travelers… so now I’m stuck for three nights at hotel in Norway where I can’t charge my vehicle and the only solution offered is a charging station in another town 10km away. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not supporting +1 phone number.
Not supporting +1 phone number. So frustrating.
Useless so far!
After numerous attempts after not receiving a confirmation code, it locked me out and the customer service department in Norway have no clue as to fix it. Tried setting up the account on my Norwegian phone after it didn’t work on the US one. No luck on that either as both phones are locked out of setting it up.

Never received a verification code. I guess it only works for Norwegian phone numbers.
Doesn’t work for US users
SMS verification doesn’t work for +1 numbers. After an attempt or two, app locks you out. Sent us for a 45 minute roundabout around Bergen. Would give 0 stars if I could. So frustrating.
