So disappointed
I have been trying to use the three cameras I’ve bought for quite awhile and they don’t function correctly. I can’t get them to do what they’re supposed to do. I can’t get him to motion. Activate the times that I do have been able to actually get them to activate they want deactivate.
Pointing the camera stopped working
Previous software versions were fine. With this version both the new and old experiences cannot point the camera with any accuracy. It either doesn’t move, or moves continuously.
Easy
I almost enjoyed setting this Security Camera up. I took my time and stayed relaxed. It went well. We have not installed them, that is my husband’s job sometime this week. We are looking forward to seeing what dangers are lurking outside our mountain home before we take our pup out at night. Our main concern is Bears. They have visited a few times. However we also have all the other animals on your list.

Needs improvement ASAP. I can’t activate/deactivate “Alarm Management” on the fly. Main reason for a camera is to record!

The App is easy to set up and works well with my new doorbell - early days but the signs are good!
Great
When I’m gone I can talk to my cat and view the rooms independently or collectively. My husband introduced me to this security light camera system and I really like it. I can pan the room to look around when I’m not home. I can send an alert to scare intruders away or, simply have peace knowing my home is safe when I’m not in it.

The worst security camera app ever
I had to get this to use with a lightbulb camera I was suckered into buying by its price and write up on Amazon that won’t work with any other app. And, because of the absolutely useless software, the entire setup is going in the trash. I’d give it zero stars if there were such a thing.

Absolutely every time I open the app I have to suffer the lessons on how to use it. Is this a programmer being sarcastic?

I have two of these cameras, one of my front and one of my back yard. Do not buy this camera. It is trash. It’s always off-line, even if it has a good signal. And a good battery charge it works for a couple of days and then it goes off-line. You really don’t get any support from customer service. I got tired of pulling my ladder out taking the camera down restarting the camera. I have to do that about three times a week until I finally just got fed up and through both of the cameras in the trash because that’s where they belong. I do not recommend this camera. It is totally a waste of your money..

ドアベルの応答が出来なくなった
2020年4月に購入した、GREEというメーカーの玄関ドアインターホンで使用。
購入当時は特に問題なく使えていたのにアプリのバージョンが上がる度に不具合が増えていく。そして最近、玄関のベルにアプリが応答しないことが判明した。どのバージョンからかは分からないが、ひと月くらい前まではできていたはず。
玄関のベル音自体は鳴るが、アプリが反応しない。なのに、動体検知が反応した時は通知が鳴る。どうして？
もしかして古い製品の仕様と新しいバージョンのアプリの仕様が合わなくなっているのでは？
過去にも不具合を報告したのに、サポートからは返事が無かったし。どうにも困った状況です。
【過去の報告】
アラーム検知で保存されたはずの動画が再生できないことが最近増えた。画像だけは保存されているのに。 それから以前は検知された動画は順次保存された順番に自動的に連続再生されていたのに、今は一つだけ再生し終わったら止まっていまう。 保存されたアラーム検知動画を録画してスマホに保存すると音声が消える現象も未解決。 レビューにも反応ないし、なのにアプリ内に宣伝は載せる。呆れます。

На iphone очень туго открывается приложение, пока открывается легче самой дойти посмотреть как там малыш. Еще добавьте функцию окно в окне, чтоб можно было закрыть приложение, но видео шло параллельно с другими приложениями, чтоб можно было использовать телефон и на фоне видео с ребенком
