Poor features
On iOS I have lost the option of setting off alarm or toggling light and the reaction to detection of people is too slow resulting in the back of heads and poor evidence of trespass and crime . Disappointed . Two stars as it is still barely functional and of use.

Awful. Do Not Recommend.
Do not buy this camera or app. Had it for 3 years and it doesn’t work half the time, you sometimes get notifications like 20-30 minutes after someone is at your door. Live camera is terrible and rarely ever loads, it just says “encrypted” and spins the buffering wheel. Terrible door cam/app.
Won’t stay connected
After a couple of months the camera has decided to constantly fail to connect when I open the app, it needs a reset then works fine. Tried this on different networks and still the same so it’s looks to be an app issue
Utterly Useless
Simply, do not subscribe or part with your Money for this utterly useless Application it will not function correctly unless you “ pay “ I’ve binned it 👍 I suggest others do the same 👍 much better alternatives out there.

Motion detection didn't work well after an update, usually gets the person's back and not face. Doesn't record people over half the time. Wouldn't buy , the company turned to sb!t after they required payment to keep your recordings and started ? incorporating AI, of course for $2.99 a month or more to keep your recordings .

They only want paying customers
Now that their system has changed all they do is keep putting messages on the app screen for you to buy expensive cloud based services from them amd when the camera is triggered you only get 6 seconds of video so having a data card fitted is no good as you can’t read it anymore so will be looking for another NON CloudEdge app.

Needed to Reconnect my Ring Bell
I got a new internet service and needed to Reconnect my Ring bell. The app never let me change my WiFi so tried every way to connect it. NOT Found. Factory Reset it and Tried every way again NOT FOUND! Interesting how I changed every security camera within 5 minutes. However the only thing left was my ring bell and still not connected through this App. I won’t ever use this Failed app again.

Good picture timing could be better but for all in all for the price good value
Subscription issues
App is great but the subscription service doesn’t register. So the app continues to have the services locked even once subscription is paid for. But the cameras are great wish I could utilize the additional services
Not compatible with 5g
Outdated product that cant adapt to modern technology. Now I have to depend more to get a replacement that is compatible with 5G Wi-Fi.

Приложение очень даже устраивало, когда только приобрели камеру и закачали. Записи сохранялись в полном размере. Можно было сохранить милые эпизоды малыша. После обновления появилось ограничение длины видеозаписи в 6с, приложение предлагает обновить хранилище, но этого сделать невозможно, так как не активные кнопки для подключения. Конечно это вызывает досаду, каждый раз когда хочется сохранить какой-то ценный эпизод на память, но он ограничен в 6с и обрывается.

App doesn’t work any more
Been a fantastic app, had 2 cameras that have lasted years. Now unfortunately all devices say the same thing, that the signal is weak, it’s most definitely not, it’s an app issue or an issue with device updates, turned all my devices into 2.4ghz paperweights. Dang it
