Malicious Trial Period
Don’t get fooled into the free trial scam. There is no way to cancel the 7-day trial period and you’ll be stuck with a payment whether you want it or not.
App is over the top with subscriptions. The camera should be free after looking at all of the subscription programs.
Customer support is non-existent and the phone numbers don’t work. It immediately makes you question the security of your personal and financial information.

Inconvenient and laggy
The video feed lags CONSTANTLY. It’s to the point that I miss major things that I wanted to record because the feed takes so long to catch up that the animal is gone. The pricing for data is also stupid expensive compared to other companies.
Slow connection
Takes too long to view the alerts. Sometimes not connecting to the camera
App and cameras
App doesn’t work properly keeps up telling me to reconnect cameras when in person cameras are working properly and app doesn’t have a right support team to communicate properly and talk to someone for some help. Don’t recommend
No Mac compatibility
I’ll update this to 5 stars once you release a version compatible with macOS. Not having this functionality is ridiculously inconvenient and makes you much less competitive with other budget cloud based camera services.
Crooks
This app takes money out of my account automatically and doesn’t apply it to the cloud storage balance. It says “in app purchases” but it helps itself. I have contacted apple about it and all they did was issue a one-time refund so, no help there. I have also contacted the app customer service. They act oblivious to stealing money out of my account. It also misses footage I have went back to check for and the camera isn’t even facing what needed coverage. Be warned & beware!!!

Don’t buy
I had this camera system for a year now, stuck through it because all the set up took forever. But I’m currently looking for a new system due too this app being way too laggy and taking forever to load up, especially in an emergency!!!
Good luck getting customer service!
Only option for customer service is to contact through email. After waiting 48hrs for each response and still not having any luck recovering the archived footage, we needed for a lawsuit. I had to contact Apple to get a refund for the cloud storage subscription. This company is ridiculous.

I have had the trail cam as a security camera for over 3 months and it works very well. Tracks persons and warns phone when motion detected. Works on 1 bar of phone signal. Recommend
Can’t get it to register
Whenever I try to register (which is mandatory) I get an error “network anomalies” - support takes a long time to get back to you and treats you like a simpleton. Avoid this brand if possible.
Scam
Total Scam, advertising you can have your own storage but with the last update you only can access to 3 days back or you need to buy cloud storage. Very dishonest company.

Sluggish, Buggy, and Unstable
I’m trying to use this app to monitor my driveway and game trails around my property. It is almost useless. I have my cameras set to record 30 seconds of video. This app will allow me to view only between one and five seconds of video. While there is an option to download photos and videos from the camera, it is always grayed out (doesn’t work). Watching live feed, the app frequently disconnects and shows a blank screen. My cameras all have excellent 4G signal and my iPhone likewise has full bars of signal. Finally, when a camera sends me an alert, it is difficult to find the video of the alert, often times the app says there were no alerts for the day, which I know is not correct. Unfortunately, it is the only app supported by my cellular game cameras, so I’m out of luck.

They changed and charged for more
I am dropping this App as soon as I replace the cameras. They changed the deal and now want Monthly Payment not just for the Cloud Storage BUT for Longer Previews. They have shortened the previews to be almost useless and I will NOT deal with a company that thinks they can just change things in the app to start charging me for things. NO WAY.

Desperately needs a compatibility update for the new iOS. App keeps crashing.
HIGH PRICE CLOUD MEMORY Good camera App
The camera and app work well and you can use uSD memory with limited functionality but cloud storage is available at an high cost. You can’t use your own iCloud storage or Google Drive or other cloud storage. Their cloud subscription is highly priced gets two ⭐️⭐️
Complete Garbage
I’ve never used software as bad as this. It’s slow and not user friendly. They keep pushing you to pay for cloud storage. I had to disconnect the camera base station from my WIFI because it kept knocking out my router. I blamed my ISP before I figured it out. Complete garbage!
