What's New in CloudPath
1.4
August 25, 2026
Map reliability • The base map is now served from CloudPath's own servers. OpenStreetMap had started blocking the app's tile requests, which left parts of the map showing a block notice instead of terrain. • Those blocked tiles were stored in the device's permanent map cache and would have stayed on screen even after the switch, so this update clears them on first launch. • Weather tiles that fail to load are now retried instead of leaving blank squares in the rain overlay. Single-airport view • Entering one airport with no destination no longer draws a route line and a destination marker to a point that isn't there. • Removed the flight-time labels, which measured an internal placeholder leg rather than a trip. • The chart now marks the time you are scrubbed to.
