Factoring Department Non-Responsive
For the last month, their representatives handling their factoring have not been picking up the phone, returning calls or emails to process payments. They have taken so long to pay that we then have to do instant pay, which costs an additional fee, when the money comes through due to our operating fees stacking up. Overall we like the platform and setup, but having to wait days for payments without a response is a burden. We will take this review down if you correct this serious issue.

Very good platform but undermanned
The concept and platform is fair to middling. Can I have a more improvements for this new companyAnd app. Operations and back office support lags most of the time and payments are delayed half the time. Almost up to 48 hours and if I had not messaged them or contacted customer support it would probably take even longer. Redundancy on job posting and hard to communicate with their customer support based overseas.There POD verification is very questionable and the process takes a long time for verification & approval before you get paid.

CloudTrucks a Great Company!
Cloud Trucks is a great company to lease on to. Everything they say is 100% on point. One of the first companies that stay true to their word. I will let you know from experience if you are renting or leasing your trucks through a third party the benefits that CloudTrucks offer want apply directly to your fleet. You will not have access to the administrator board or CT card. Just be mindful of that and if you can put your company directly on with Cloud. I see all the great perks they offer through other drivers I know who sign on with CloudTrucks directly. BBG is looking forward to the day we are on directly.
