At first, I was skeptical thought this game was just like all the other ones that didn’t pay out but this one actually did. It took a little while to get the money because I made a mistake with my email but after I fixed it, they deposited the money into my account. The only thing that I would improve is for three days I had a message on there, saying that my money will be paid out to me within an hour and that was on there for three days but after it’s all done, this game is real and it actually pays you money so go ahead and play it and have fun and get your cash.

So I have played for over a few weeks now. DONT PLAY THIS GAME!!!!! I originally was using the free play I wound up winning over 50$ I went to withdrawal the money and I asked for my PayPal email . Cool. Then it says it’s in review and will be processed in 7 days. I wait. The timer on there was going down so I was optimistic. Day 7 nothing. For a few days it stayed on “1 day” til withdrawal
About a week later I got a message in the app saying something went wrong. ( didn’t say what just wrong) the money was bacon on the app as playable.
Well it says if you make a deposit you’ll get instant payout and 24hr customer service. So that’s what I did. I made a 27$ deposit and nothing. My withdrawal more says 7 days to process
I cannot reach customer service
Also there is no where to look at my account infor such as PayPal to even adjust or look at my payment/withdral method. Also I can’t get the money I just deposited back off. So yeah…..they got me

Denied withdrawal request after 7 day “review” period which functions as a hard solicitation for a purchase that expedites the withdrawal process pending purchase. Non-expedited after waiting the 7 day “review” period it was denied citing failure to proceed with something that I was never prompted to do.
Contact dev is not possible, within the contact support button there are only Q & A links no option to speak with any support staff or listed means to contact dept.

Verification
When I tried to contact you it was an invalid email I've been trying to withdraw for months I screwed up my verification one time because I wore glasses in my picture which I wasn't wearing in my drivers license and since then you haven't let me do the verification over again so you just keep rejecting my withdrawal now. withdraw my money please or I'm contacting my attorney. I tried to send my drivers license and pictures and veterans ID and all kinds of stuff but your email is invalid and there's no way to reach out to you through the platform or the game. I submitted for my first withdrawal of $11 seven days ago and have now been waiting for one hour for the last 6 hours and still nothing . I have checked and double checked that all the info I provided was correct and IT WAS!! You also asked me for my I.D and face verification and still nothing. I do not think it is fair to ask for personal info like a drivers license or passport and then not give me the withdrawal that could be a lead of possible identity theft! Also if you were both intending to give me my withdrawal without needing to deposit more money first, then you should have NEVER allowed for the withdrawal to go through in the first place! I enjoyed the game til I hit this snag and now not so much! EVERYBODY BEWARE!!!!

I’ve waited patiently for the first withdrawal of over $10. Yesterday it said it would be processed in 7 hours. All day today it has said it would be processed in 1 hour. I finally did the deposit to get instant transfer status. Now it is saying that withdrawal will be processed in 7 days again.
I tried their “customer service”. It is a bot that gives the same answers as can be found in the FAQ. So one star is my review. If they fix this I will come back to update.
update: After 2 more days and needing to send them screenshots of the problem with payout on their own app, I finally received my initial withdrawal. I immediately processed a withdrawal for the remainder of funds still in the app, and that was processed within 5 minutes. I do not intend to continue with this app as it is obviously not being run ethically.
