Can’t use app after update
It opens to the clover background but there’s no log in screen. It just sits there now. And I see no way to report the issue or get technical help. Just use the website. Which isn’t much better.

I wish before submitting a payment that you would show are you sure you want to make this payment so that I could double check the dollar amount before submitting?

Update not supported by my iPhone 7. So by by to mobile deposits and using the CCU app. Very disappointed to have update lead to obsolescence. Can I unupdate?

I find it hard to track my debits because the app doesn’t show me what is pending. It would be a far more useful tool if it would. I bank with another establishment and their app provides me tracking of all dollars being moved. Love it. Hopefully, this can be updated.

I’m limited in mobility at this time due to a total hip replacement, so being able to save a trip for a task is so very much appreciated - but I like the personal interaction of a visit.
