Summit Health & Fitness has created a Safe and Progressive environment in a COVID world
Summit Health and Fitness is owned and managed by a husband and wife team. Jane has owned and managed the Physical Therapy department for 13 years. Denis Jane’s husband bought the business just a month or two before COVID and they have been very motivated to renovate the entire facility along with spacing it’s equipment and members to minimize stress and concerns around the virus.
They started a Virtual training program with classes and personal training well before COVID and it has been very well received. They understand that people need to workout in order to keep a strong immune system. Summit has given their customers multiple points of access. There fitness classes are outside and virtual.
They became a CrossFit Affiliate and created a room committed to that program at great expense. They have their own club member app now that allows its members to calculate their calorie burn throughout their day along with calculating their calorie intake as well. The app can design and demonstrate all forms of training with various props/equipment in the club and when one is traveling or at home.
