The app has brands point system for victoria secret etc least they need to do is have india listed for us to use the point system legit not just for show at the time of billing

Application not verifying my otp and lost my points, not first time ..
Terrible login design
You can only login using a mobile number. I changed my mobile number and lost access to my account. Now my old mobile number is given to some other customer and that person is able to sign in to my old account. I have also been receiving transactional emails for their purchases. Why is there no option to sign in using email and password instead?

OTP not recd even after all suggested steps
Can’t redeem points since OTP is not recd. Tried phone shut down, removing app and reinstalling it etc as suggested.

OTP not working
I was logged out the app and OTP is always invalid. Can’t rate the app more than 1 star when it its not working
Poor app for a sad rewards program
This app logs you off too often. When trying to log back in, it asks for your phone number for OTP which never arrives. Too frustrating. And the reward /cash back scheme is ridiculous. You could spend your kidneys and get peanuts in return.

اريد رفع شكوى عن موظفة في محل ار اند بي. اليعوديه في سوق الردسي مول الموظفه تاخرت عن الكاشير لمده ٢٥ دقيقه وفاء. وانا في انتظار الا ان حضرت موظفه اخرى واخبرتها ان اريد استرجاع او استبدال تممت في المحل ٣٠ دقيقه انتظر واخبرها اني تأخرت ترمي القطعه وتتطاول بالقذف قال(انطمي خلاص. وكلي زق ) سوء ادب وسوء اخلاق والموظفين جميعهم شاهدين وقامت برفع صوتها ويعتذرو عن ماصدر منها وهيا مستمره. واخبرتها اني استطيع رفع قضيه عالقذف ولاكن مستمره بالشتم صاحبة الكاشير وفاء كانت مواجده وموظف شاب والسيكيورتي عند باب المحل شاهده ولكن لم يريد اي احد ان يخبرني باسمها ولاكن سمعت تقول حنان. والكاميرات موجوده الرجاء معاقبتها عالفعل. لانها تمثل شركتكم ومحلكم والجميع من الموظفين شاهد. ورفعت شكرى لدى الردسي مول
