The system needs to get better has a lot of issues when it goes to selector and batteries that repair previously done when I select them so yeah the device doesn’t work out here in Newport Beach if we can get something it’s a lot easier to use a lot of information we do tend to service customers having a lot of issues unless out of the road and honestly the old device that we used to use for AAA Interstate it was a lot easier than this device

E invoice
E invoice is a nice thing to have, but this invoicing is kind of backwards having the person sign it before any of the information is entered. The information should be entered first and method of payment. Should follow that then when everything else is done then the member signs the invoice. Unless they want to have. A quote that gets converted into an invoice then maybe the way they have it now would work

Inventory count
I hate that while I’m doing my battery count every time I switch batteries it goes to alphabet instead of staying on Numbers . why is there even a alphabet when I’m doing a battery count? It makes no sense.

App doesn’t autofill from salesforce or d3 scanning almost never works.wrong information for most Volvos and Subarus. Lags forgets user and password long load times.

I wasn’t a fan of the old version but since the update, there has been less crashes and a little more ease of use.

Cannot see what you are typing when entering members email address on an iPhone. Please fix this

Toolbox app was updated and now is much more difficult to use. It also still shutm off while using it. This app is painful to use and makes doing business extremely difficult. If you have to do updates in the future, maybe you can test them out before unleashing them.

App has an issue does an auto fill after inputting member number and after signature if you hit continue, the system will reboot and everything is erased if your tablet or phone is horizontal
Always restarting toolbox and this app.
Absolute garbage app. Have to input customers information 3x if your not quick enough and customer taking too long to get their information for invoices. Constantly restarting app. And having to do process over and over again.
Company forces to go paperless with an app that works half the time
App shuts down every other call doesnt work in places with zero service will crash and have to completely start over. Embarassing when it happens around a member and INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING!
UNSTABLE
Why is it that I have anywhere between 1 minutes and 20 minutes to fill out the information, and there’s no way of telling how long you’ll actually get, before the app crashes? Also, don’t turn your screen sideways, like if an old guy is signing, or the app crashes. Basically, don’t even breath, or the app crashes. This is the most unstable, bugged program I’ve ever had the displeasure to be forced to use. FIGURE IT OUT.
