Won’t find device
The jump pack works great but this app literally sucks a fat one. Won’t find my device, won’t hook up no matter what i do. Restart, hook to battery first hook to battery second. Unplug, plug, stand on head, touch my nose. Nothing works. It can’t literally be that hard…. Can it?
Questionable at best
I got a tb6000 and it worked for a few months, now it never connects to any battery without dropping. So, I have to get another brand battery tender. 0/10 would not recommend.

I’ve been using the app and testers for 3 years now. Haven’t had issues with the app, have with the tester. Clamps kept breaking after a year but the new design looks tougher.

The tester is great but the software is useless. Once you activate the Bluetooth function you can’t get out of it unless you turn your phone off or deactivate the Bluetooth app.
The tester says press exit to shut the app down but it turns back on by it self. The software / firmware does not work as described by it own menu. So if you want to just use the tester and not the Bluetooth you have to shut the app off on your phone or the tester won’t work. Useless software. The developer suggested updating firmware and it still does not work unless I turn off the Bluetooth on my phone iPhone 13 Pro Max

Does not work
Tried to connect to BT Mobile Pro S on 16 pro max and S24+ and the scan doesn’t pickup the device
Bluetooth is on in paring mode

For something at such a premium compared to other companies the App and Topdon ecosystem is terrible
Why don’t you get rid of your 100 Apps and just put everything in one app?? And fix the connectivity.
