Overpriced drivers that smell and rude people avoid them this taxis are rude and poor customer service have avoid this taxi firm definitely won’t be getting in this taxi ever again over price, rubbish and poor customer service and dodgy drivers that smell on High on drugs and do nothing poor customer service the advantage of drunken people who just wanna get home after the night out especially single females on their own won’t be using this company again charge me £20 to the hospital and back scammers and they don’t pick you off from the destination instead to drop you off miles away, lazy horrible rude drivers that don’t get out the car the money by sitting there lazyracist narcissist control for bullies

Excellent service
Such a lovely polite young man… so pleasant… never leave a review but on this occasion it needed to be recognised..
App is rubbish
The app never works always broken I had it tell me my taxi would be 45 minutes. Whenever I book a taxi it takes to long then when I do get a driver it cancels. And the app is not reliable.
Time wasting
Took 30 mins to still not get an Uber just to then me having to cancel the ride £3.50 charge worst taxi app, stick to Uber.
So many problems
Taking time and if I wanted to cancel it they charge me £3.50, sort it out you scammer

Unable to save favourite locations
Just downloaded the latest update.
Whilst I could search for my home address I could not save the address using the Home button.
It seems to have wiped out all my previous history of journeys and settings as well.

Excellent Service
Having been badly let down by another taxi firm which I will never use again I was reluctant to try a new cab company booking on an App but I put trust in this company & can honestly say they were excellent. Easy to book & very kind driver. Will definitely use again as my first point of call. Thanks.

Club cars
Very reliable and friendly service
Same problems as Uber
Drivers just cancel and then a message we’re assigning you a driver… I’m unimpressed and put off from ever using these again 👎 I stopped using Uber for the same reason and then the local taxi companies start acting just like them ffs
Prebook to airport perfect
Prebooked early morning pick up to airport and taxi arrived bang on time while Steve the driver was very helpful and friendly- you do worry sometimes if the car will be in time ((Passenger Cars have let us down a few times) but Club we’re perfect this time
“Never use the app mate”
Booked a cab to the airport for an early flight using the app. On the morning of the flight, the taxi didn’t arrive. On 3rd call to the office I finally got assigned a car (after 2 responses of ‘just 2 minutes away’). But was told ‘can’t get to you for another 20 mins as all cars are at the airport’. I thought that was why people booked days in advance for critical trips. So that the car would be there.
When I pointed out that I’d booked ahead via the ap and perhaps a car should have been available, I was told ‘never use the app mate, always call us and then call again in the morning’ Nobody said sorry, apparently it was my fault for trusting the app booking.
Arrived at airport late, stressed and had to run through the airport to avoid missing gate closure.
Not using the app, or club cars again.

Not able to use the app at all.
Was never able to use the app as I put my number down and never received the code to activate my account. Disappointing
Reason
App Very very slow and kept changing times
Knew Manchester, incredibly well
He managed to get us there quickly, even when the whole of Manchester was in near gridlock. Brilliant.
My driver
My driver was excellent we had a very good chat he was on my wavelength after I had been to a funeral. I can’t thank the driver enough and he also didn’t mind me nipping to the shop which was out of the route home all in all my guy was 10/10! 👍🏻
