Unable to login

Can’t login I’ve been a member for years and now with new app it says incorrect credentials then when I try reset password it says can’t find account under that name, then when I go to create a new account it says I’ve already got an account. Can’t find anyway of contacting anyway to fix it

Latest update a failure

App never remembers me or my card details. Yet won’t let me log out to try and log in again to recover this info. Basically useless as can’t access loyalty card or points.
