So frustrating
I spent 4 hours with a Mexican friend of mine and even my friend could not figure it out.
Error when signing in
This app continually shows an error when signing in. Can login fine on a desktop, but app will not sign in.
Waste of time
Don't bother trying to fix it, there's no way
Worst app ever
This company obviously doesn’t want you to accumulate, or, God forbid, ever use your points. Despite wasting half an hour repeatedly trying to log in, despite having passwords being sent repeatedly to my email address, I keep being told my information is incorrect. Only an app this bad would motivate me to leave my first review on the App Store. Don’t waste your time.

The App is USELESS!!!!!!!
I second comments previously made by another user. Access to your account is an impossible task. Cancelation and refund (both credit card payment and refund of points)process is archaic (ancient). Its time for Aero Mexico to break their relationship with Club Premier or hire competent staff. Not that Aero Mexico app is any better. For an app in this century after 12 years - It is not ready for consumer use! I am sure there are smart folks in both AM & CP get them on board and fire the rest for the sake of survival in a competitive world. Good luck!

Suspicious Acitivity
Company rep states that change my flight, I have to update my profile and to do that I need to email a picture of my passport. An email which is not associated any official site. I have reported them for suspicious activity. Do not recommend booking with this company. Not helpful whatsoever.
No access
The app comes up with error message every time I try to log in. I’ve wasted too much time
App does not work
I would give this app zero stars but it will not let me. I have an account number I have a password and no matter what I do it will not let me login. This app is absolutely horrible! I had to go to the website and print a copy of my card… This app needs to be fixed and fast
Login doesn’t work
I’m able to login on the website without issue, but I’m not able to login on the app. It’s stating incorrect information but it’s the same login as the site. There’s no help from the support team.

Después de crear mi cuenta e instalar la app, intente cantidad de veces accesar la app sin éxito. Fue muy frustrante al principio creí que yo estaba haciendo las cosas mal pero después de leer que hay gente intentando accesar la app al igual que yo sin resultado alguno, no me queda más que decir que esta App es la peor de todas, y yo que ya estaba a punto de cambiar mis puntos de American Express a esta porqueria de app!

Scam
We transferred points from American Express to book flights with Aeromexico. Then Aeromexico changed our itinerary and was going to have us in Mexico City overnight. Because we booked via Club Premier, only they could help us. They told us we had to update allllll this “security info” and the only way to do that is by downloading this app or emailing it to them. Well, their app conveniently doesn’t work and I’m not sending my personal information to some random unsecure gmail address. It’s a scam to avoid serving customers! We spoke to Alex/Alex twice on the phone and he was RUDE and unhelpful and incompetent. DO NOT WORK WITH CLUB PREMIER.

Horrible!!! Painful in worst ways
Aeromexico cancelled my flight. On calling them and waiting for hours they tell me they can’t do anything until I update info. What’s the way to update this info? Use this horrible app - only way. This app doesn’t even sign me in! I’m able to sign in online but this just keeps giving error. What a waste of time and energy. I’m never booking Aeromexico again in my entire life. Seriously this is the worst experience.

Not possible to login. It is really sad to see such a company like Aeromexico with all the surcharges and cost not being able to develop or fix an app for their customers

What a strange oddity: budget and develop an iOS app in which your users won’t be able to login or use at all. Useless.
Unable to log in
App keeps displaying an error message when I try to log in, however I am able to log in on web and on the Aeromexico app… please fix this issue since the app is useless

So Awful Words Are Necessary
How about a ZERO STARS option Apple? This is so ridiculously thrown together out of desperation to stick to a release deadline, and clearly wasn’t tested by humans actually focused on creating a tool that will help us pleasantly utilize all the points we collected by spending money. Aeromexico won’t talk to you on the phone until you give them your address as a security code and the only way to enter it into their system is through this app. Not online. Nope. Also, forget finding a first-class, premium economy or Comfort Plus (anything except basic economy) fare on AM or any Skyteam partner…it’s like seeking unicorns. Also, why does one ticket cost 100k points, but two cost 300k = don’t book more than one ticket at a time. Why is one route listed 7 times with three different points cost when the restrictions all are the same and they’re all coach? You can’t select seats if you book a ticket using your CP points…even in the unicorn first class found. This app basically forces you to do all your work online meaning this is simply a pointer to the web. And don’t use a password more than 8 characters. Also, if you signed up online and created a password longer than 8…this app will tell you your password is wrong, so you gotta go back online and reset your secure one to some 8 digit-only password, then come back here and try to logon again which my take several tries and security codes. Also, if they email a security code to you, any additional codes they send in the next 10 minutes won’t work so they’re just pretend codes to frustrate you. In the end I decided 1)never ever ever transfer my AMEX points to Aeromexico and 2)if I want anything except basic coach fares…use the points on hotels via Club Premier - another nightmare don’t get me started…forget accessing higher levels of room categories and 3)avoid flying Aeromexico.
