App generally works good. Features to add would be to see your place on the waitlist and the ability to change your spot in class to another open station
Terrible app/terrible gym
I went for a trial class and they would not let me go in without downloading the app. The class was 60 mins on the schedule but ended on 40 mins with the actual workout being around 22 minutes. If you’re going here for the workout classes, don’t waste your time. They’re horrible!!
Love CS the app is horrendous
Occasions, I’ve tried to book a class right at the week mark, when I book the class is already full and I’m immediately waitlisted split seconds after I’ve booked. Then when I try to cancel a class, it doesn’t go through and then I realize that my class hasn’t been canceled so then I’ll get docked for that.

App Feels 10 Years Outdated
App needs to add way more functionality. Not that difficult to understand. Long ways from my precious gym app at Equinox. The fact that I cannot change stations after booking a class (like when you want to change seats on the airline app) is mind boggling. The app needs a complete overhaul if CS is going to try to compete with upper tier gyms.

App Glitches out
The app glitches out. I can’t book classes as all buttons have vanished . Suggested improvements - see what number you are on the waitlist. Fix bugs.
App sucks
The app is so slow when getting class schedules. Often fails silently and you cannot do anything
Profile editing
I use the app to book classes but it really bugs me that I can’t update my profile photo
Could be better
App is easy to book classes but frustrating that you can’t see if the class is full or have the ability to switch your spot once you book the class. Also wish you could see your waitlist status
Okay app
This app is okay but it needs work. It should send a reminder for fitness classes 24 hours before. It will also kick me off a waitlist for some reason and I have to add myself back.
Things to improve
Would be neat to see what muscle groups the classes will be focusing on. Also would be cool to share your schedule with friends in the app. For future classes you wanna book, to set a reminder feature to sign up-an alert.

1. Add a feature to update spot selections instead canceling and rebooking a class.
2. Indicate the general fitness level of the class. Range from Beginner to advance.
3. Include QR code component for “VIP” card holders where discounts are automatically applied when purchasing CS merch/equipment instead of having to speak with an ops manager to take advantage of said discount.

Horrible UX
This app sucks, you’re not able to filter to choose classes so you have to scroll the whole screen. If you book a class you can’t go back and change your spot without cancelling the class altogether. Y’all need serious UX feedback reach out to me!
Kill the stupid ads
I like the club. It costs a lot to be a member. If they can’t make it work without getting a couple pennies by feeding us stupid ads, then it is probably time to find a less expensive gym. One that doesn’t force you to look at a stupid ad for a stupid product.
Lacking features
Very mid app for a “luxury” studio. Can’t see what number you are on a waitlist or how many people are on it so you have no clue if you have a chance of getting in or not.
It works.

Upgrade the App!!
Please update the app with functionality members actually want… 1. Ability to change your class spot. 2. Show where you are on the waitlist 3. Definitions of badges and fix bugs to not show already completed badges. 4. Some type of buddy feature so you can see where your friend is booked in the class.. we don’t care about a fancy banner at the top.

No search features
The app itself is functional but you have to call or visit gym in-person to place holds on account or to cancel membership. App needs a search feature.
For a luxury gym, they don’t invest in their technology
User experience for this app is trash. It’s constantly sending me notifications for the same badges I already completed. You should be able to edit what spot you sign up for after youre in the class and be able to see where you’re at in the waitlist. Let us leave reviews or in app feedback for the coaches. There needs to be a friends feature so we can go to the same classes aa our friends. The calendar syncing is faulty and only works 50% of the time. Please take the feedback and fix the app!!
