Why do I need to record something when the thing I need to study for is on my phone???? If you’re gonna be a good studying app be compliant and compatible and stop being lazy

Bad experience with automatic payment deduction for 1 year cluely subscription without any consent.
I was looking at the plans in cluely and was checking the pricing part. It asked me to provide the card information and without any confirmation or consent money has been deducted for 1 year which is $959.58. It was definitely a bug which automatically got deducted, I didn’t even select 1 year subscription at all. Also, I don’t need 1 year subscription at all. And I can’t bare such huge amount. I tried to reach cluely assistant for help. But the cluely ai support has been helpful. I asked to connect that AI agent to Customer care representative it has mentioned that they have a small team and someone will reach out to me in next 24,36 hours but it’s more than a week and no one is responding back. I tried to reach them through emails. No representative has responded on this issue. Very very disappointed. As I’m a student I can’t even bear those $959.58. Please someone respond.

Needs improvement and stuck with the yearly subscription
App stopped working , when I click login with Apple, it just shows download Mac or windows app button not letting me login. Accuracy of text captured and summary is average .

I just downloaded the app to try and I canceled the subscription how ever I was charged for yearly subscription and I asked for refund..they say as per our policy we don’t refund blah blah blah

Deceptive Trial & Poor Support
Don’t be fooled by the "free trial." Even with screenshots proving I canceled, they charged me anyway and refused a refund. Their "cancel anytime" policy is a trap. Extremely disappointed with this dishonest. Save your money and find a better app!
Buyer Beware
I was disappointed with this app when I request requested a refund and they neglected to do it based on their Refund policy, absolutely eval the app in the trial period. This is the first app I’ve come across that does issue refunds at $140 it was a costly mistake.
