Horrible management
I was promotion banned on ClutchBet after opting into the promotions that they offered and they ultimately lost a lot of money on. They told me straight up that I was winning too much. Slimy people

The fact I can’t put a $20 free bet on an nba first basket bet is so silly. They’re terrible lines anyway. I have to split it in to two $10 bets? Why? In case it hits and you have to pay me like $80? When it should be paying like $140 on any other book?

Terrible user experience
This app has so many user experience issues. When logging in, if you save your login info on an iPhone, it tries to auto login by pressing the “sign up” button, so you can’t save your login info without it acting like you filled it out then pressed register every time.
Then if you ever click out of the app and click back in, it has auto pop ups to register/sign up, despite already being logged in.
When you’re on the home page and it shows you live games, half the times it displays “sorry, there’s nothing right now”, but under the “live tab” will show you accurate games in play.
Lastly, you can’t view the progress of any of
your pending bets without having to go to the main page and manually click into each game to see what’s going on.
I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your only sportsbook option.

Might be a scam
Worst ease of use of all betting apps. Never gave the new player deposit, and app fails to login most of the time and tries to get you to register for a new account.
Too many problems
It’s not a bad app for promos but for one they have three withdrawal methods and none of them work.
Mickey mouse app
The “free bets” that they give you as insurance don’t work. It says “split bet option must be selected” yet it doesn’t exist, or at least I can’t find it anywhere

Worst sportsbook in Louisiana, do not get this app.
Just a great app
Just a great app and the interface is perfect. Not to mention the good odds they have and their features. My favourite is the clutch picks. Withdrawals are also quick which I have had issues with on other sports book apps. All in all I consider the app as one of the top 3 sportsbooks I use.
Needs an update
This is a good app for promos, but boring in game. It won’t show you your live bet scores which makes me head to Draftkings and Fanduel to see. If they showed my live bet scores, I would stay on and bet more on the app. They also sent me an email stating I bet too much on promos. It made me giggle. The other apps offer daily promos and most bettors choose apps with promos for best odds.

I don’t do reviews
I don’t do reviews bc typically I just get frustrated over an app and delete it and just move on bc I’ll find another sportsbook that’s easier to navigate, more user friendly and faster to receive my withdrawals than let’s say a BetMGM or FanDuel. So when I stumbled upon ClutchBet I was skeptical, as is my nature, but this book does it clean. Easy to use and fast withdrawals, a Denver dream after the nightmares I’ve been through with aforementioned books holding my money hostage.
