RESET EXERCISES Eight exercises grouped by the time you actually have in competition: micro reset between two arrows, set reset in a final's break, end reset on the walk to the target, day reset after a competition. Plus activation variants and the spiral stop for several weak arrows in a row. REACTION TYPES Not everyone needs calming. You assign yourself to one of four patterns — anger, doubt, rushing, freezing — and get suitable exercises recommended. Each profile also states explicitly what does not help for that type. LEARNING MODE AND ACTION MODE At home you read the reasoning, the sequence, the success criterion and the most common mistake. On the line there is just one word per step, large and haptically timed. YOUR OWN CUE WORDS You fill in individual steps yourself: your word, your sentence. In action mode your text appears on the display. TRIGGER CATALOGUE Eleven triggers instead of just "bad arrow": wind, equipment, a judge's decision, a ten from your opponent, time pressure and more. Over a season you see what really throws you off. FOUR-WEEK PROGRAMME From your living room into competition, with the reasoning for every week. GUIDANCE ACROSS THE WHOLE EXERCISE CATALOGUE All sixteen mental exercises now follow the same structure as the reset exercises. EXPLANATIONS IN THE ANALYSIS Every analysis can be expanded to show what you see, what you can conclude, and what the number does not tell you. COACH AREA Coaches put together assignments and pass them on as a file. The athlete gets them on the home screen and can send back a report with key figures. No account, no server. ATHLETE PROFILE Name, club, birth year, bow type and equipment details. The age class follows from the birth year. SHOOTING FORMAT SETTING Indoor 18 m, outdoor 50 m, outdoor 70 m or field. The exercise steps that depend on the walk to the target follow from this. IMPROVEMENTS Spoken output starts without a delay on the first cue. In routine training the first step is announced as well.
